Been a little while since the last update, have continued a lot of the run bad but also think I have played my B game in a lot of live hours due to long sessions. Have to get better at taking a 5 minute walk break every 2-3 hours to stay fresh. I am going to be adding a goal of studying online and live hands 20 hours a month, This I think will help my game a lot and is something I really need to get better at putting the time towards.
Here are some online hands with notes of some hands I think I have made some mistakes in.

This was just a dumpster fire of a hand, Why did we raise the flop getting 4:1 on a call where only his AA** can continue? We need to just peel here getting a great price. The only thing I can think of is maybe we were a little tilted? this player was playing something like 13/5/0 over 60 hands so this play is just awful

we end up with 24% against the field, I just think this might be a fold, as we are behind that shove so often, and the only nut straight card we have is the 7, SB has all the sets that we are crushed with and button often times has a better straight draw/small wrap then us
