When looking at this graph you'll say, wow he played almost perfect for a while and then had a mental breakdown but I would like to explain a series of events and ask some of you who play the same type of volume (these hands are within a few weeks) if you've experienced the same type of streaks.

Within a 12000 hand period I had AA v KK 2 times KK V 99, all-in preflop 100bb
KK v AA 8 times, all-in preflop 100bb- Lost all of them
Within a 7000 hand period 50 PP without hitting a set - set mining got expensive

All the while experiencing normal variance, as you can imagine that explains a lot of the the downs, and staying even, and I won't deny that I probably made some other mistakes within this time frame due to the emotional effects of these hands.

I would like to point out that this is in 2NL, 5NL, 10NL, 10 tabling 6-max without pokertracker. I still maintained a 4.7bb/100 winrate but before these anomalies I think it was around 15bb/100.
I am just looking for your thoughts and maybe some similar stories that will make me feel better.

check bizkit100 ptr...thats me on stars, 2 days ago i lost 11 bi's at 5nl.. worst day ever for me, everything went wrong and that was after a week of being breakeven, pokergods just said hey not only are we going to make you struggle for a week we are also going to make you lose 1/4 of your roll in 1day... no way i could of gotten away from most of my hands either, so i say its just variance... and my first 5k hands i was 22bb/100 at 5nl nowi m at 2bb/100 due to last week or 2 running so horribly... what sucks though is how good some people run and for long periods i hope it happens to us soon ... wish u gl

I've played about 100k hands on another account and never hit anything like this, it's just unreal. The worst part is when doubt starts to settle in, like should I fold KK preflop everytime someone pushes? Should I stop set mining... should I just fold every hand?

^ i know the feeling, always feels like your beat ... nothing you can do but play your game and play within your bankroll, thats why bankroll management is so important
