About me: I'm 19 years old and I have a cat called Penelope. I've been on and off with poker for around 2 years. I've probably had around 4 deposits and lost them within days.

I deposited $19 10 days ago, lost $10 playing those piece of **** Spin and Go's and got it back up to $20.27 playing $1.50 HUSNG

The reason I'm posting this is because I want to feel obliged to play way more volume and really try to improve my game. I'm hoping I can consistently beat each stake and move up. I've never read any books on poker, received coaching or subscribed to any training programs. I probably will in the future, but for the time being I want to learn on my own.

Here's my graph: (22 of them weren't HUSNG)

Today has been a bad day. Started off losing my first 5 buyins and almost broke my laptop after punching the sh*t out of it due to some lucky ****tard. I've not had much motivation to play and so I'm gonna start again tomorrow. I keep getting lucked out on when they're in a position where they have to shove due to only having a few BB; they'll be drawing dead but end up rivering what they need. I'm down $6.79 today.

Dude, for your own good, stop tilting. You cant expect to win every single time that you are ahead and you sure as hell shouldn't be tilting about losing 5 buyins. It will happen so often that it's not even worth thinking one second about. As long as you make a good bet/call/shove or w/e, be happy about it. You cant change the way the cards fall, only the way you play. If you are a winning player you will get results sooner or later.
Anyways, good luck!

The losing streak did tilt me, but it was this one dude who made me rage. I accept being outplayed or simply losing, but this guy beat me out of pure luck and it just pissed me off to no end.

I feel like it should be the other way around. If you are getting outplayed you should be annoyed because you're simply not good enough while suckouts only mean that your getting it in good and can expect money from it in the long run.

It wasn't just that, but starting off the day losing 5 in a row and then losing more than I was winning did set me up for a bad day.

Well I guess it differs from person to person, but knowing I was getting it in good but him constantly hitting was what seriously irked me.

Thoughts from today:

"Getting it in good" means absolutely nothing

I'm barreling too much

I play too recklessly i.e. calling when i'm 90% sure i'm beat

Here's my new rollercoaster design:
