Hey 2+2,

long time no see. Im, again, after a year and a half hiatus, creating a new PGC thread for a zillionth time. I havent been posting much, mainly because I never really followed through on previous goals and became demotivated after that. Im not going to be setting myself any lofty goals now, mainly because I want to achieve the smaller goals first and maybe pick up as i go.

Poker this year is a one MASSIVE swing to say the least. Year started off pretty well then it went downhill, then up again.. I wont post the graph because its probably the ugliest thing in the world besides a losing one.

I like setting goals, but havent really decided on what I want to do. I just want to get better. I feel like this is my last chance of really making a run at climbing up stakes and I want to focus on that. A positive thing lately and what i consider a huge accomplishment is that I can put in 7-8 hours of play a day without the quality of my game declining (at least because of fatigue). I know I have a lot of leaks to plug, mental and technical. Whatevs, lets talk numbers.

Next three months:

[ ] 480 hours
[ ] 300k hands
[ ] 15k profit pre RB

I will stick to updating this time and will maintain this thing as a personal blog of mine so be probably prepared for some random inputs.

Played a bunch today, i dropped my table count to maintain better focus, thats why i played only 4k in 8 hours. Plus I had a 1,5hr skype session so feel pretty good about myself after today

Caught a liiiiittle mid session heat yesterday, month still swingy but hopefully ill manage to stay as calm as in the second half of my yesterdays session and continue playing well.

A friend of mine visited me over the weekend so Im really happy that im on pace both wrt hands and hours, will continue to work hard and hopefully hit the gym tomorrow after a week off.
Plus I found a new gym where they do movement and mobility training, its supposed to be something like the ido portal **** (touchbutt) that Mcgregor did prior to his first fight w Diaz and I would really like to do something more dynamic than yoga so will try it out on thursday probably.

it's always feel weird after you play a big long session and realize only the last 800 hands counted.

same goes for the month, when u play like 90k hands and only the last 20k hands mattered

Exactly my thoughts, once i had a 35-40 BI downswing (my first maybe) and i was depressed for month and half only to get out of it in 3 days lol

Im suffering from entitlement tilt lately, not sure how to cope with it. Whenever when I feel like I shouldve won the hand I get furious and need to start taking deep breaths and calm myself down, but it really frustrates me that all this anger comes out and sometimes i need to take like an hour brake before im fully prepared to continue...

Anybody dealt with this and can possibly give me any tips on how to deal with this better?

Just dropping in to say that Im adding a new goal. I want to avoid a slightly embarrasing habit of mine at least until the end of the month. So we got 22 days to go starting tomorrow, will not say what it is for now, will reveal it maybe after two months of not doing it.
