I rarely complain about variance. I've been reviewing the past stretch and I should word this to say I really gotta appreciate the times I run good and be grateful for the bad times when every all-in loses in all your deep runs because those bad stretches make the good stretches better.
Anyway I'll post a tiny bit of strategy. I've been looking for ways to improve my BB winrate. I think defending super wide is the way to go and I've gotten pretty good at heads up pots at least but need to work on my multi-way game maybe leading more or something I dunno I haven't even reviewed multi-way spots much I just generally fold or squeeze more of the hands that are likely to be dominated.
I'm not super confident in my postflop yet so I'm not defending as wide as I should in heads up pots. I have friends who defend the big blind really tight and their big blind win rate isn't far off from mine. I think it's because I make postflop mistakes thought so it would be better to defend tight until you make less postflop mistakes and can realize more of your equity.
I've also been looking for spots to checkraise or bluff aggressively with blockers to the nuts in a situation where the player doesn't have the nuts based on how he played the hand. For example:

I'm super tired but glad to see me do this. Basically just looking for spots to bluff with the nut blocker. This seems like an extra good spot since the villain is really capped to Kx, some two pairs and slowplayed sets but never the nuts since they c-bet QJo on the flop almost always. It worked out here I'm not sure if it's spewy though or if I can balance it enough. I also wonder if just leading is better and if I actually had QJ which blocks the KJ, KQ hands that would delayed c-bet more often should I always be leading. Anyway as played I like the checkraise and turn shove and I'm glad it got through. I"ll be looking for spots like this all week but I should be careful not to completely overbluff them.
