Feeling sluggish even after doing fk all yesterday but I did a 4pm to 11pm shift.
Some things I'll work on from now on:
1. Being vegetarian

I like adding that Vega sport one to oatmeal.
2. Not drinking the rest of the month and only a few times throughout the year but no more getting hammered
3.I'll start working out at home nice and easy body weight stuff as my energy will be lower this month as I adjust my eating habits.
This looks like a decent and simple workout plan and I might even do it through March.
4. Reading a bit after each session, I've already sorta been doing this but I'll stay on top of it
5. Get involved and learn lots about trading Forex
I might get a bit anti-social till Summer deactivating facebook and not getting a new phone until then because there is so much to work on in poker and learning Forex will take up a lot of time as well and time is precious.
Balaces and totals it looks like XE.com rate has us down a bit extra since last time.

I've missed a few Sundays now since I started back at MTTs but with holiday season over and uncles wedding and all this stuff I shouldn't miss anymore Sundays.
