Okay, had a hunch that my original sentence was a bit off. Thanks for the in depth answer.
I Have not lived in English speaking country, nor do i have any special education on it. About ten years i have mostly consumed media containing English language. Also i prefer to read books that are written in English. Weird as it is, my reading WPM is higher in English than in Estonian. Most young people in Estonia speak English, ones who don't are considered unicorns among us.
