I usually multi table in 5 to 9 cash tables.
The problem is, i can't handle more than 1h30m with proper concentration. Do you guys have any tips on how to extend this period of time?
Anything that could help me...

NO - i play max 90MIN some times only 60MIN

i thinks that better to play 60-90min and then take a break for maybe 30 min do something els , workout , chill watch a movie or something
