Game got pretty good last night had built about an $800 stack and the game turned into a 1-2-5 with fold raising to $20 pre and what not. If i could ever win a flip or a 60/40 even i might be able to get this roll up.

So took almost 2 months but looks like ive finally found a home casino....rake is half of all the other places near me and i think the players are a worse to or at least there are less good players.....i put in over 10hrs yesterday and never saw a player who i would classify as good.

Had the god seat on an old guy playin 1/2 for petty much the whole time yesterday who i literally saw fold maybe 2 hands at the most preflop all day. I didnt matter if it was limped or 30 preflop ole boy was comin along and callin the flop if he had any sort of a piece of it and would bluff the river if any sort weakness was shown.

In the end i dont think i made very much money off of him, as he cracked my QQ and i had to fold to his river shove (super easy fold) but i snapped off on the river once and chipped away at his stack in alot of other spots, but he made the table dynamic just so yum. And he was binking alot of runner runners on folks and sitting with a giant stack most of the day.

Had a guy come in round midnight-ish and try to tap the glass when the old guy went runner runner full house against a flopped straight. The guy wasnt even in the hand but was apparently some sort of ego maniac. Started to berate the old guy and get in a pissing match with him. I wasnt havin any of that and jumped right in....i was more than happy to divert the attention on me rather than have to old guy get up and leave or something. When the eight seat and then dealer chimed in the guy dropped a coupled F bombs and got tossed...mission accomplished.

And in the end it paid off

So in this thread i never really layed down the back story how i went pro online the first time.....and im not gonna post that full story here but i deposited $100 online and with in a few days was down to $20 but just kept grinding and turned that into a profession.

So obv the Universe has some sort of weird $20 requirement for me. This time live....hey whatever it takes.

Following night took another 2-5 shot started out pretty good but shortly the fish left and the game turned to 2-5-10 i certainly was not out classed but it was way out side my role, and after a couple raises and whiffed flops i got up down slightly. Making For losses in both sessions last week.

There was not much action at my casino last night so opted to play an early tourney, they paid 6 places and and i only had 1100 lol chips left with 8 people left and managed to eek into the money after I Tripled up with Quad Tens. I was still short stack when the bubble popped.

We played for a bit and i chipped up some but still was short stack, maybe had slightly moved into 5th when everyone decided they wanted to chop and wanted to do so relative to chip stacks, i told them hell no and managed to work a deal for better than third place money, so i was pretty happy with that as i had less than 10 percent of chips in play and it looked like the action was picking up at the cash tables.

Headed over to the Cash tables and added another $553 to the roll in less than 3 hours....did have quads again....3s this time and got paid by old man coffee with top two

We were 6 handed and V1 had pretty much just sat down with 200, Hero Covers....late 20s Mohawk and tatted up. Ive played with him once before i think and he seems fairly laggy.

Shot took at the 2/5 last night....lost nearly a BI at the 1/2 in 30 mins while on the list which kinda sucked to start out the shot taking.

Then after sitting at the 2/5 almost immediately Flop top 2 out of the a limped pot in the BB and get it all in vs a Shorty who at flopped bottom set....So i def had my work cut out for me.

I was pretty comfortable with the table, it seemed pretty weak tight, except for the spew monkey bluffer to my right....old guy playin atc and lookin to see the flop for cheap to my left. Pre flop raises were small. usually 25 or 30 max from everyone else except for me. I finally started to see some decent hands IP and raising bigger because of all the limping going on....which was now limp folding apparently to my raises.....but as always people do not like to fold and get tired have having to fold pre.

So 5 limpers to me OTB with T9
Hero ($475) Makes it $50 I fully expect to take it down pre as this was my largest non 3b raise of the the night and people were talking to me like i was a maniac for making it $40 in some earlier hands.

Dealer says lets see them, and i announce i have a straight, I was looking at the dealer when i said it and i see a confused look come over his face....but i wish i was looking at V1, because he basically comes unglued as he slams his 88 down onto the table.

It takes him about 30 more mins of stewing and tilting before he gets himself ejected from the casino.

Won a few more small pots after that and called it a night early, booking more than a $1000 win for the week.

Still playing online and still running bad, pretty low volume though, probably get some online hands in today.

Oh ya almost forgot, V3 in the CO told me after the hand that he had AK and had thought about re-raising me lol.

Had last week off as i was out of town for a wedding....was not happy about missing a week but i did get to go to Church Hill Downs which was pretty cool....fwiw i suck at the ponies apparently, i know they can be profitable but i could only imagine where to guys that do it get all there info from and i have zero access to that.

Manage to battle back and be slightly up before i got moved to the 2/5.

Sit at the 2/5 and although the buy in is maxed at 100bb the table is DEEEEP and i get immediately informed that the whole table has agreed to mandatory straddle. i sat for about 2 orbits completely card dead before i could get a table change....i mean and the table was pretty good too with the table spazz monkey on my immediate right can believe no one took that seat before a sat either....but im just not rolled for that game.

Im moved and the table actually looks sort of lame....tightish with several short stacks, but at least im not scared money here. I think im on my second BB and here we go...

I pop to $40 pre w/ AJ from the BB, 1 EP caller Flop comes T98 I bet, he shoves, i fist pump snap call....I whiff and T9 Takes it down.

This thread just crossed my mind so i figured I would update this and close it out. Busted the roll out last year shot taking at 2/5.
Back on the horse this year and have well surpassed the original goal playing mostly 2/5, with some other stakes and games mixed in adding to the total.
