Hi there this is my first thread on this forum.

I just quited my job to really focus on my poker. Currently working hard on my pokergame, and thinking about my result oriented goals. which is --> making more money!

At this moment I play most of the times 100 NL 6 max and taking shots on 200NL and 400NL. On 100NL i feel very comfortable, however if I wanna do this for real I need to become a better player and play a bit higher.

So my goal is to crush 400NL before the end of the year. In the meanwhile I need to work on my game, so I can really make a career out of this.

I'm now in a coaching program to reach my goals. It's a tough but great program so far, really full time job, playing a lot of hours and next to that study every day.

Oke week 3 doesn’t go very well sofar, alot of tough spots and I need to man up again to make it a positive week! So I’m gonna take a good night sleep now and start fresh tomorrow.

For my 2nd video I wanted to introduce Steezy’s 5th suit no limit holdem to the pokerworld, cause I think online poker can use a bit more diversity! So some1 better find me a developer LOL!

For week 3 I also uploaded a video today, just some rivers that helped me and helped me not! I love the river!!

After our groupsession of last Monday I started to think more about my daily schedule. There wasn’t a real plan, very chaotic, playing poker few hours, posting some hands, playing a bit more, discussing some stuff on skype, it was not very organized and next to that I always felt tired and not focused because of those things. Even a little bit stressed, just because I couldn’t get my **** done properly.
From now on I will do my homework like, posting hands, keeping my blogs and all the learning stuff, I will finish that before I start playing. So when I’m playing I only have to focus on that and analyzing the hands of that session I can do the next day. So the learning stuff I do before dinner, and the playing I do after dinner. During the evening I feel there are also more recreational players out there, so that’s a plus to.
So far this week this works very well, and I even find some spare time.

October: first week in the red!
This week it’s not going like it should be. I am very happy how I approach my games these days, but it would be nice if I win a coinflip now and then. From my last 10 playing days I had only 4 winning days. Thank God yesterday I made a very good run, so I’m full of positive energy: bad run is over, man up, work hard and make it a positive month!
I’m very happy about the new scheduled coachingsessions, so I can prepare myself good for those! Starting Thursday.
The next 3 weeks I’m also home alone so I can fully focus on making some profits! No excuses.

Ah I’m very happy about the new scheduled coachingsessions, I think in general review sessions are way more effective than live sessions. Because in live sessions you just don’t get good spots some times. So you lose time.
I just read my e-mail and we got another big homework job to do about some pokerconcepts, I feel it helps a lot to think & study about poker outside of the pokertable, in the past I didn’t do it that often, now it’s more like a routine & I see the results at the poker table, less tilt for example, better focus & I know difficult spots way better to handle etc.

Next to that I should always remind myself of this ****, that swings shouldn’t affect me mentally (aspecially downswings). Finished the weekend good! Now continue...

Oke the second week of October is almost over, and I feel I’m still a bit of a mental fish. When I run good I’m happy, when I run bad I start questioning myself & I have problems getting in the zone when I run bad. On Saturday & Monday I had very bad sessions, even if I played ok-ish, but the results are very bad. I just feel bad. Another big lay-down, another big lay-down, FOR **** SAKE, I can’t keep folding! LOL

The coaching of yesterday made me think, that I could play my A-game 8 hours straight, and that there are just some weird voices in my head trying to find excuses not to.

So after I basically told myself: stop being a pussy! Start crushing 8 hours a day and play your best poker, ALWAYS, even when the results are not in your favor! so I did last night 8 hours straight, with an oke result 7 buy ins up. And tonight I step in the ring, and do it again!

I'ts not going so well yet this month, I have a lot of thin preflop spots were villain has top of his range, next to that I don't win much flips. I do am oke with the way I'm playing, not tilting and can also play longer sessions, wish I would run a bit hotter tho. Still got 12 days to make it a good month!

This month is not going well so far, result oriented. I’m a very small winner. A lot of close spots I end up losing. Flushes over flushes, fishes that rivers higher 2pairs,and a few second nut hands I can’t fold, I get some tough beatings.

I do feel I get better as a pokerplayer, I also see that I improve in productivity and I can handle way more, so I definitely see some light in these dark days, although some moments weren’t that fun $teezy aka the optimist will keep fighting. LOL

Last week I made a video about food, I like the video part, cause it’s a good distraction from all the serious hours!

My homework for this week is to post 10 hands and calculate equity every day, so I will post that this week here!

The 2nd month is almost over & I am a bit disappointed in the results this month (so resultwize). I am just a bit aboth break-even play (without rakeback) this month. Still a few days to make it a bit more positive.

I had a lot of spots where villain had top of his range all the time, but I don’t want to make that as an excuse, I just need to become a better pokerplayer.

I think the biggest problems are the adjustment I have to make to my playing style in combination with learning a lot of new things & the amount of hours I put into this, although I really get used to the hours, at some points I still feel I go on auto –pilot when I play too long, or too many tables at once. So I need to work on that, so I won’t fall back into my b or c-game too often.

Nevertheless I try to stay very positive, a few moments not included hehe! Because I do believe I am on the right track! I have a lot of faith in myself & also in my coach & the program!! I see I make better rational decisions not based on a ‘feeling’. Allthough sometimes I mess up some of the concepts (vs fish we call wider, oh apparently not on this board lol).

I should just keep learning and adjusting then my winrate will increase too.

Third month has started, I'm far from crushing 400NL yet, but I think I just need to improve day by day, overall i'm happy with the progress & i'm sure the results will come too.

For this week i'm gonna focus extra on making notes, as this should be automated, I'm still forgetting about it & i'm not really specifik with this, it should go automatic. Specifik notes, with the right abreviations etc will make money in the future. Very important!

Busy in 3rd month now and I’m positive about my development. This week I updated my hud, so I need to practise this a bit now. I had alot of general stats that I changed, I added a few more specific stats I can use.
Also I’m following the course “mastering 3bet pots” great stuff sofar, and there is al ot of stuff I can add to my plays, so I should start exploiding a bit more I think, as I know the standard lines pretty well.
Overall Im oke about my standard plays, sometimes I’m a bit off if I play too long sessions. Maybe I should take a break earlier. I do feel a bit like a turtle at the moment, but making progress!

Feel pretty much in the zone this week, very happy about my plays and I can play also very long without losing focus. From my last 13 days I only had 4 losing days, let’s continue like that!

I’m sharp like a knife the last 2 weeks & overall very happy with my development and result! I can move mountains these days! Trying to keep pushing my productivity, so I will play whenever I can (I don’t got anything else to do anyway ), next to that I also keep improving outside of the tables! Cost time and energy, but I’m loving what I’m doing at the moment! Hope to end this month with alot of hands and an better winrate than last months.

From wednesday till saturday I will be off, because of some private stuff, so I will put in some extra hours now!

Hey @lolwut, I normally don't post graphs, normally put at the end of the month my winrate in that particular month, so that's my plan next week again.

I was off a few days, due to a personal issue, but since yesterday I’m back in action! And started off good this sunday with a few bi+ today was a busy day, as I have to make some extra summaries from some missed video’s my coach sended and I had a coaching session, as also a group coaching session!
Next to that I just hitted stoploss today, but I go for another session soon. This week I have to come up with a logic abbreviation system for making notes, as you want to do that as fast as possible during the games. Also I’m gonna do some equity excersises every day!
