I did grind a bit in the morning yesterday. Unfortunately i got only 60-200s which was expected. I spent most of the day watching football. A solid performance from Manchester United. Zlatan is a great player but i think he holds back Manchester United. United seems more solid defensively and has better pace on the attack without him
That being said i do think Zlatan is an amazing footballer
On the very sad news, Madrid lost El Classico. I do think Real was the better team yesterday. Ramos sent off in a controversial decision. I think it was harsh. Even with 10 players Real lost several chances to get the win in the remaining minutes. Propably the greatest Classico i have ever watched
Obviously no penalti given. Shocking when playing against Barcelona
as a swede I can tell you that more ppl in Sweden believe Zlatan to be God than we have religious people at all. Regardless of what you think of his player abilities you cant hate on the character he is. Absolutely awesome and a very fresh breeze compared to all the politically correct feminazis.
I love when he throws the ball in the face of a guy while talking to a ref and ref didnt even notice.
Fwiw i think he has unreal abilities, especially if we take into consideration his height. I dont think he is suitable for a team which tries to apply hard pressure. I do like him as a player and i love his persona. He is one of the greatest
When united is playing the triangle Martial-Rushford-Mikhy with Pogba playing behind them

Instead of cherry picking the photo how about see a replay that ramos didnt even touched him?
I know the two-feet-challenge rule but i have watched worst tackles from both teams not given. Even when there was a touch. I am pretty sure if Ramos didnt give hard time to the referee 10mins before, he would have faced a yellow

dude i linked the full replay with lots of angles of it in the post! Watch it again.
You dont understand rules if think is not a red. Just because someone dodges bad tackle doesn't mean is not foul or red or yellow. Player is out of control of himself as i said!
Ship It Holla Ballas!: How a Bunch of 19-Year-Old College Dropouts Used the Internet to Become Poker's Loudest, Craziest, and Richest Crew
This is the first book I finished this month. The book reminds me 6 man hypers variance. The first half of the book had a few interesting chapters but it was like one chapter interesting---two chapters boring, while the second half was quite amazing
Durrr was the guy I used to look up when I started playing poker. I was pleased when I read he was part of the story. The book is about the golden era of poker when you could play 200$ sng with 10%+ roi without studying intensively. Now even if you want to achieve 100$ hourly in sngs you have to work your ass off
The most suprising part was most players felt poker as a job when they had to grind 8 hours because this is what they had to do. Most of them didnt really enjoy grinding that much after a certain point. I am ''lucky'' because the more I play the more addictive I become. The hunger of grinding didnt faint through the years. I am playing the highest stakes only for 2.5 years though. That could be the reason
This was my first poker book I ever read from the beginning to end. While reading it I felt the desire to fire some tables even stronger which was an unexpected but graciously accepted suprise
I will give 4/5 in amazon because there were some chapters which were really boring
That being said taking a week or so off the gym really destroyed my mood to work out. I missed a day on Sunday because ''I didnt felt like working out''. I was eager to start lifting again but the first days I am
It is a goal I really want to achieve but I hate gym. I decided to try a more fixed schedule. I used to sleep 6 hours maximum, without a siesta. Lately I sleep 7-7.30 hours which could be normal for most people but I never had this habbit. I do feel sleeping 1-1.30 hour more is just a waste of time
I used to sleep 6 hours from 0300 to 0900. The only issue was that around 2200 o clock my brain would shut down, causing the hours between 2200 and 0300 to be dead with 0 productivity. The new sleeping schedule I will try to follow is this
The goal is to turn these dead night hours from watching movies/series to studying or grinding. Next book I will read is Painless Poker from Tommy Angelo. I am kinda stressed what is going to happen in high stakes hypers after the new ''vip'' changes. I know i should have the approach ''you cant affect the outcome dont think about it''
But i cant. Already considering my options. What i can affect is my grinding ethic. I dont plan to party until summer which is quite depressing as i do enjoy going out
At the moment, with the danger of 300$-1000$ sngs to be extincted, grinding is the only option

That biphasic sleep schedule is confusing me.
The blue parts are sleep? So you'll sleep from3-9AM And then have a 75 min nap around 6PM. Is this right? Interested in seeing how it works out and if you can stick to it for the longterm and if it causes any "side effects".
Blue is sleep yes. Nap around 17.30-18.00 for 45 minutes (0.75*60). I dont mind about 6 hours night sleep because this is how much i am used to without using alarms. Siesta will be interesting as i never had before which could explain my brain's inability to fuction later. I might keep a 30 day diary, updating every day. We shall see

+1 there, try the Einstein's method holding keys in your hand, when they fall you'll wake up from the noise and that's the perfect amount of sleep you needed to recover and not go into deep sleep.
