didn't think that I was going to play today due to having classes, but didn't go to the second one since I am changing my schedule around and won't be taking the afternoon class after all
my first class was pretty chill, learned some new things so I'm happy

played a little sesh before I gotta go out, looking forward to TNF tonight too

lately I have been lacking motivation to some degree and have not rly grinded too much, for example only played 50 games yesterday and I found the quality of my volume was not great so I just stopped playing

I have classes now so I will be busier, but will need to find time and the spark I need to get grind going again.

haha was a rough morning as I didn't get much sleep and then literally watched back to back EPL games and then played a weak sesh where I didn't play well or run well

regrouped did some other things and just loafed around the house before finally deciding not to go out for round 2 and grinded a second sesh instead since with school being back, need to be more time efficient

The month of September pretty much flew by and I still cannot believe that it is already over. This was the first official month of my new challenge. It was a difficult month in some regards as I started University again and am taking four classes instead of five to lighten the work load. My education comes first as I have previously mentioned and it will remain that way. Pretty decent month overall in life, can't really complain.




These games I would basically consider my bread and butter of poker. I have been consistently crushing them for a long time and will continue to do so until I move up more. Not the happiest with my evROI in them this month as I can do better, but still decent.



This was essentially my second time shotting 25s as my previous attempt did not go very well in terms of card distribution and variance, but also in terms of my concentration and improvement as a player. This time around, I basically jumped into them as I was properly bankrolled and just ran with it. Pretty happy with my evROI and hope that the variance evens out in the long run.



As for my overall hyper results this month, it was a decent month and I am content with how things went. To be fair, I think they could have gone better, but they could have also gone worse. I met my basic goals which ultimately, I am satisfied with.



I love to play MTTs and add them into my grind to mix things up every now and then. Started off the month with a decent bink, then it was mostly down hill due to variance and at times, poor play. I am no expert in MTTs, I just try my best, but at times it does feel like I am punting :/. Always working hard to avoid that and just focus and do my best. Overall, I didn't lose money, so I cannot complain!

Finally, I must say that I am decently happy with how the month went and even though I am only nearly 2% of the way to my goal, I am that much closer than I was last month. I am confident that I will achieve this, it will just take hard work and determination. With that said, bring on October!

decided to play lower table count to start off the month today since not mentally 100% due to drinking last night but wanted to get in some volume anyways
talked couple hands with some friends too which is always a positive

finally caught some heat, felt pretty nice 8-)

going to try and put in as much grinding as possible this week, but I have a midterm on Thursday that I need to prepare for so we will see how it goes

Well I haven't put in very much volume so far this month, but I will say the disparity is due to studying and prioritizing school.
I have currently been studying for a midterm I have this Thursday and it kinda sucks cause the textbook for this particular class is relatively dry and I have to focus hard to make sure I am withholding and comprehending the information being presented to me. The class is called comparative politics if anyone was wondering.

Anyways, playing decently and running hot so far this month to say the least so there's that.





Also, I'm currently debating whether or not to give NHL DFS a shot since I have been watching and following NHL since before I can remember and I have a good knowledge of the game. Although, I did find MLB DFS to be quite a great and constantly had to put in research and it took away from poker so I dropped it and I'm already busy these days so will have to give it some more thought.

Either way, pumped for NHL to be starting back up! hoping the habs can make a deep run this year

My volume has been pretty abysmal this month to say the least, but I am about to put in a grind sesh and might not go out drinking this weekend to have more grind time/study time and just watch some sports. Had a midterm yesterday which went decently, but it only dawned on me later that night that I forgot to answer the bonus questions **** lol...I guess not used to having bonus questions, but missed out on some free marks, worst feeling.

Apart from school, I have been playing a little DFS for NHL and I find it fun and entertaining. Through my research and reading, I stumbled upon DFS articles and websites and one of them I was kind of laughing at. There was a question about BRM, and one of the regs said not to put more than 25% of your BR in play at any given time. I thought this was a ridiculously high number, but many people agreed with it. I feel like DFS should be between 5-10% if anything, ideally even smaller. What do I know though, current DFS fish trying to learn!
