I have no clue about my stats, because it´s so long ago and I was pretty bad either.

I had only one coach at the beginning for half a year until I reached $8s and rebuys. Since that I made a lot of content with Holdem Ressources Calculator, by far the best push and fold/ICM program I saw.

And I reviewed a lot of good regs and tried to figure out what they are doing differently.

I can only remember that one adaption/exploit was extremly wide openraises and openshoves at the FT, because most players had no clue how to defend ICM against bigger stacks or vs early aggression.

And to be honest, I was´t one of the best regs by winrate, but I played an insane amount of games.

screenname was nomalice, i was just a ****** fish back then, was staked for those and only thing i did good is push/fold up to 16bbs, other than that i was mass spewing in every single postflop spot available. have played 3.5rbs 8s for like 3-6 months (beggining of 2015th). ps graph still looks like whatever,but i stopped playing poker then and came back in little less than a year after and started playing mtts... looking good atm ( i dont play stars ).

I guess best way to solve this problem is to make yourself a goal of not using porn/hookers for a set period of time?

I'm not even sure if what I'm saying makes any sense tbh. But yeah, usually, it's when you get to know more and more a girl that you fall in love w her; not at first sight like in the movies. You'll almost never find a girl as good looking as the ones on instagram. Even if you meet one of the girls from insta in real life you'll probably be disappointed. The reason is that those crazy ass attention seeking coo-coo girls will do anything to have their picture look as hot as possible. They'll study their camera angles and will apply all sorts of filters to make them look sexier. They can make themselves go from a 5/10 to a 8.5/10 with EASE. (which is pretty ****ed up when you think about it)

You seem like a very honest and genuine person, and yet you're attracted towards all this fake stuff. Porn is previously directed, instagram is pretty much as fake as it gets in most cases and hookers are just there for the money.

My advice would be to focus on the honesty you have within you and look for that in a girl (in which ever way it presents itself).

Sample was not good yesterday. First I woke up late, then helped with some things at home and went with my sister to the city, drink a coffee and sat there for two hours. Later the day me and my family were eating in an italian restraurant to celebrate my birthday. After that I felt bit tired but still managed to play 3,3k hands.

Made some mistakes again. I don´t know how to get rid of it. I only make mistakes against bad opponents or when people missplay their hands, because I think 2 level above and level myself into the hand. So sad.

Didn´t play much because I studied a lot. I changed some things in my game and tried to figure out if it has more EV to play like this in certain spots or to play like before.

Beside that I have to find a reason why my SB is lacking to hard this year. Before it was one of my best positions and now I´m at -20bb EV in the SB for a long time.

I reviewed a lot of my own hands/stats of this month/year and tried to figure out which changes are good or bad.

Reviewed my best NL50 period too, where I played a lot different then most of the other time. Guess I overcomplicate things from time to time. So I´ll try to go a bit back to my roots in some spots until end of the week and see what happens.

Reviewed a lot again yesterday, so I couldn´t grind as much as I wanted. But I guess after today I can restart with grinding sick volume. Found my leaks and figured out how to improve or minimize these leaks.

Gained some size aswell

Here we are again.

Didn´t grind yesterday. Made again hours of review and content. Will implement some new Things in my stratagy and look how it works for the next 30-50k hands. It´s some basestategy, so this sample should be enough too see a difference, if there is one.

Think I solved my early bed problems. Just sleeping on my couch for some time, so I have to stay up at 7am, or my mother will find me sleeping there and killing me.

I know it´s kinda sad, but whenever I´m living at home, my sleep rhythm is messed up, idk why. Maybe my bed is too good and relaxing.
