Yesterday was a hell of a session. But managed to keep cool and played consistently my a-game. That´s where others ruin there winrate, when they start playing their b-game or worse in sessions like this.

If somebody is up to review some hands together, let me know.

Any suggestions how to play KK deep vs a 5bet? Especially at these stakes. Fold? Call pre call every flop without an A? Allin seems to be the worst line.

There will be no update from yesterday so far. Didn´t take a look at the results, but I guess I´m from $50 up to $100/$120 down in 9k hands.
    Made 4 "mistakes".

BU vs BB I called a 5bet allin with QQ for 150bb. Obv. AA, nobody would do this with AK for 150bb.

BB cold4bet vs MP and BU. BU moved allin and I called with AKo for 120bb. Obv. AA too, nobody would do this often enough with QQ/AK. Have to fold AKo/QQ there and only call AKs because*of card contribution.

Made an excellent river 3bet allin bluff with the best possible hand. Blocked AA/KK, nutfush and TPTK/TPGK. Problem was his riverbetsize, so he was potcommited. I have in this scenario all Axs nutflushes and KQs-K9s flushes as well, so in the longrun I crush him.

Last mistake was 3bet JJ MP vs EP and BU just moved allin for 100bb. Obv. KK, again nobody would do this with AK. They would coldcall AK there or sometimes cold4bet, but they wouldn´t *go cold4bet allin.

Regardless of this mistakes I had one of the worst sessions this year. A lot of crazy setups and other bull****. Sickest hand was a guy who coldcalled K5o CO vs EP, I squeezed AK on the BU, EP and this mother****er called with K5o. Flop K5xtt. Turn comes a T without the flush and it gets allin. Was 99% sure I will win the hand with AK TPTK against both in a squeezed pot, but didn´t know people tend to hold K5o there and win a massive 300bb pot with that garbage.

I will try to Keep the sample up and play 8k hands today. Hopefully I can show you my comeback later.

Less than 150bb I'm usually stacking off vs non nits but with stacks as they were I play it the same. It's very dependant on whether he's 5betting QQ or AK though. Not having the Kh is good because we don't block any of his AxKh hands that take this line. We do unblock AhKh but that's 1 combo vs the 4 combos of AxKh. Some guys literally only 5b KK+ this deep so of course vs them we can just fold pre but I'm rarely able to myself.

      Nice results too!

Close to monkey tilt. Loosing every hand for three days in a row. Lost through mistakes about 7-8 stacks too much.

      I don´t know hoch much I was down 2 days before. But I guess I´m on a 20 buy-in downswing.

Looks like I´m not a 10bb winner and I should hope for 5bb.

      Welcome back.

The three day rest was worth it I guess. The down was not as bad as I thought. Only dropped 16 stacks. But the real reason why I was so ****ing mad the last three days were my few mistakes for idk about 8 stacks overall during this down.

I reviewed my NL10 stats and I´m overall fine with the positional results. SB is lagging some EV, but I´m not able to win money in 3bet pots, so it feels overall more like a runbad in this scenario. MP and CO are lagging a little bit too, but these where the positions I made the mistakes, so it should be no problem to fix the EV in the longrun.

I realized some other things too, especially I have to change my betsizings in some scenarios. And I guess I misses some valuebets IP on the flop.

Will post the results of the last days later the night, to keep the graphs complete.

I reviewed most hands, I was sure I made mistakes or I was unsure which is the right way to play, with a good*NL200/500 zoom guy. Big thx to him again.

Overall I can say I lost 8-10 stacks too much. It´s hard to make this "sick" folds every time and it´s even harder to make these multiple times in a short period, like one really bad day.

But it´s nice to see that I could crush absolutely if I´m able to make this things right all the time.

So far I´m at 79k hands and a lot behind my 180k hands pace. To make 180k hands possible I have to grind close to 8k hands a day until end of month. I will try my best to let it happen and if I fail and only hit 150k+ hands it´s still fine for me and I will be happy about it.

Was a nice day pokerwise. Sadly my team munich lost vs real undeserved. Sample sucked yesterday because of the game and my workout on midday. Was so ****ing tired yesterday afternoon and my body needed some rest. But today will be a good day, starting soon with my first session.

What a hand vs russian one table fish 38/27 stats 40 hands. A runout is not that bad. It´s blocking AA and I block AK. I don´t expect him to bluff many Ax combos here.

Thx man, I will post a complete NL10 graph by end of month. NL50 is not that interesting to see, about 1 million hands 0,6bb with big swings here and there. I can maybe upload a yearly graph in BB so you can see that crazy swings I faced in the last few months.

Again with my sample behind, but felt a bit more powerful today. Try to get some hours sleep now and grind my ass off for the next 24 hours. Staying at 100k hands so far. 180k are now impossible, but I fight for 150k+. I have to develop a better daily routine, to get more out of my day. My parents are going to have a holidaytrip from next saturday for 6 days, so I plan to start the new month with an incredible first week and push through the limits. But to do so, I still have to cashout $600 this month. Hopefully I will hit a good heater in the next 50k-60k hands until end of month, so I can start shotting NL25 in the first days of may.

Pretty sick article about watching porn and masturbation with all that issues you get from overdoing this.

        http://www.knowledgeformen.com/trash...nd-crush-life/

Guess I will buy the book the autor wrote about this topic these days to read it and work to get away from this addiction.

By my own expierience, I get very tired and loose my drive when I masturbate often in a short time. This feeling, like all your power is gone last for 1-3 days, where I´m tired and stay 8-10h in my bed and then I sit on the couch and do nothing for some hours again, because I´m powerless.

I will try to get rid of this habbit/addiction with help of this book.
For some selfmotivation, I will put a day counter for no porn/fap in every daily update from now on. Lets go for insane 100 days without it. Will tell you guys how it works and how I think it affects my life in a positiv way. Read after two weeks you are feeling like a new born man, with a lot of power and drive.

Ive done this before after months of doing it continuously, and I found so many benefits, even the weed got me higher than the old masturbating days, several benefits you can obtain by that 100 days challenge, at the begging is hard but then you can deal with it easily
