Would fold against any normal player but this guy was playing 90-80 stats for over 25 hands. So I figured i had atleast 10 outs+ alot of implied odds, possibly I'm wrong!

Here I am back with another update!
Bet you all thought I went broke.
JUst had my most insane morning session in my life and probably the most insane i will ever have.
The past 3 days have been really really swingy, which I did not enjoy at all coming from that downswing. On monday I realised my mindset wasnt right to play, so I studied/analysed my db for over 8 hours in one day, which was really insightfull for me.
After that I have been putting in some nice volume again and my results have been on the rise again aswell. So overall I'm pretty happy with how everything turned out.

Here is the graph for my morning session:

And this is my graph since the last update:

Will be playing again later on today!

Bankroll is at $4619.80

Just finished my day of playing!
Basically the best 24 hours out of my life
Its insane to think about how much money I've made in 24 hours lol!
Played extremely well and also ran pretty hot obviously!
Graph of 24 hours:

Now my bankroll is at $5467.91

Also I've been going to the gym alot the past week. I've been there 4 times since friday. I can feel it's really improving my mental state. Only problem is that its hard to get there with my anxiety. But the past week went really well anxiety wise and that is probably also related to working out I feel like.

Back again tomorrow!

As someone who was also quite anxious about going to the gym in the beginning (and suffers from general anxiety) I just want to say: get a good beginners program (some 3x5 variation) and stick to it and you'll improve rapidly (It's also important to be doing an actual program so you have clear attainable goals that will keep you motivated to go back to the gym). Get your macros on point. Making gainzzz is at least 50% diet.

You'll also quickly realize that 90% of the people at the gym have no idea what they're doing. No one is paying attention to you unless you're lifting some impressive weight. Everyone there is on their own mission to improve, just like you. For me, the discipline of going to the gym, making and hitting goals really improved my life generally.

Poker related: Really impressive progress in such a short time. Do you do much studying with all that volume? If so, what's been the most helpful?

GL and keep crushing!

When I go to the gym I always go with 1 or 2 friends, and we do fullbody workouts. Going 4x a week. Triceps/chest/ houlders twice and back/biceps/legs twice a week. These friends have been going for a pretty long time already so I just follow their lead. Also one of the trainers at the gym is a friend of mine so can always ask for advice. I need to get into a diet a bit more, but for now its just to get a bit more healthy and mentally stable over getting ripped if that makes sense.

I dont study as much as I should. Have a RIO subscription and I search alot for leaks in my DB. But I'm getting at a stake where I Should do more studying then I currently am.

Sick stuff mate

Also ref the KQ hand, if villain is vpiping a stupid amounts of hands, a better exploit would be to just bet into him with a very high freq (can split your range as well if you want between multiple sizes), or potentially xr if you think he'll stab vs a missed cbet too much, but the last thing I think we should do is xc K hi oop, that seems like we own ourselves

What stakes was this & how many hours played? To damn near double a 3k bankroll in a 24hr period (without just binking an MTT) is pretty incredible.

You have the skill, & you have the will.

Just to recap, this guy had $50 2 months ago. Will be at 10k soon, just a matter of time.

Arent 100ZOOM tables some of the toughest games at 'small stakes'? Beating these (4tabling, no less) makes u much better than the vast majority of poker players. Still maintain OP should play tournaments occasionally - maybe every Sunday or something, & mass table. Gunna have the roll for it, & will smash most opponents. Just gotta beat the variance

Haha thanks for the nice words! I doubt I'll be playing tourneys anytime soon they are just to long for me with not enough action

Another winning day is in the books.
Didnt play as much volume as I would have liked, but I loaded up my first tables at like 10:45 pm, so just didnt have enough time.
I think I played pretty well. Don't have a clue what happened to the red line, but as long as the green one goes up I dont mind at all.

Bankroll is at $5792.63

This thread is sick. I will follow your progress to the end OP. Did Polk ever finish his $100 to 10k challenge?

Hopefully some better luck and better play from me tomorrow!

So **** update incoming:

Long story short I lost 20 buyins at 100NL which put my BR at $3k...
So I take this opportunity to start a new thread (50NL rec to 500NL reg).
And going to be taking a 40 BI BRM. But more on that in the new thread

As for this one it was fun and hope the next will be even more fun.
