Plan is this, begin with $30 and work my way up to 1K playing MTTs only. I actually did some video training on Deuces Cracked before beginning. As you can see in this graph I had been a losing player for quite some time.

After doing some studying on Deuces Cracked I was ready to begin. I started grinding SNGS but realized it wasn't for me. So I switched over to MTTs and quickly took down my first one for $200. That jump started my roll and the rest is history. This is where I stand, with a BR of 868. If It wasnt for my tilt, I would have reached 1K by now but I played 3 $35 super turbos >.>

Im training myself to not be so result oriented and learning a lot with regards to situational analysis as well as learning when to shove when I'm short stacked as well as hands best playing in certain positions. I have along way to go but I usually post hands when I need help. Thanks to all of you who have helped me thus far and I hope to make some new friends here.

Wow, what a great run. What adjustments did you make that brought you so much success?

Didn't see this but in all honesty I was a pretty bad player. Uhm I started by watching videos on DC on grinding sngs. That really helped my post flop play as well as aggression. I quickly learned the importance of patience and not always trying to outplay everyone. Since I don't use any stat tracking software sometimes my decisions are a bit tougher than they seem for others but I try to abide by tight play at the beginning and loosing my range late in the tournament. I've come to learn that one of the most important factors in the middle stages of the tournament are position and your post flop play. So I watched some videos regarding that as well as some FT vids from iweargoggles. Also many might disagree but when I'm short stacked late in a tourney I decide to wait for a very good hand even if I'm down to 5BB. It may seem unorthodox but I've found success doing that and basically letting people knock themselves out. Once I'm down to the final 18 or 27 my play is strictly tight again. I don't risk chips on many coinflips unless i have AQ+ or 77+.

When coming to the final table I come in with one goal in mind and thats winning. Short stacked I'm shoving A9+ and any pocket pair above 5's. If I have a big stack I'll just sit on it unless I HAVE to play a hand. Stealing and restealing as often as I can also comes in handy.

That's pretty much the jist of how I play, call me a nit but its worked out for the better. Volume as well as luck play a huge factor. I put in an avg of 50 tournies per week and of course I don't cash in every single one but in the long run I make profit.
