So 51 Stacks after 1 week means --> I am on pace.
Resume first week:
1. Hand volume 42k, average 6k a day goal achieved
--> Goal for 2nd weak 45k, but to be honest 42k feels like work already :-) I am not sure this high volume is the best for my mood and my A-game, last 2days i made several mistakes on the tables
2. Winrate --> 12bb is nice, startet the week with a huge run, then had a little bad run, all in all absolutely ok. Dont know what to do in bad runs to not make bad calls. Ideas?
3. Maximum session length 1,5h --> yes. But i dont know if it really makes playing better in bad runs, i think it helps a little bit.
4. Maximum session per day:6 --> One Day with 6 Session, my badest Day, with the badest decisions. Maybe 1 Session to much.
5. Relaxing after 2 sessions --> not really, i have to work on that.
6. 30k running per week --> yes, its the best way to get my mindset strong
7. 2xGym per week --> just once.
8. 2000kcal per day, 600kcal per food.. 2days over 2k, 2times over 600kcal - i am fine with that
9. writing poker diary --> 5 of 7 days.
After 1week i am a little bit tired, for sure. I dont know if its just a small down because of 2 not so nice days or its fundementally.. I will see.
I guess my chances to fullfill the challenge are 30-40% at the moment.
