- 0.11$ MTTs and 0.27$ MTTs. My BRM says 0.27$ is too much (0.15$ max atm) but come on, there are only 5x 0.27$ in my schedule a day anyway.
- 0.10$ 360man Turbo - easy and fast (3m blinds, it's a hyper without antes!) MTT, 6$ up top is the same as 1st in a 0.5$ 45man, so the variance is low in that factor.
- not sure if I'd play 90man reg speed 0.25$, my BRM says 0.39$. I guess it's within the range. They are easy and variance low.
- 45man 0.25$ are off the line since my BRM says ~0.58$, which is more than doubled
- 45man 0.5$ Turbo are my main game right now
- 90man 0.5$ Turbo - my BRM says 0.36$ but I guess it's not that bad since right now there are only 3 games running anyway (vs 49 x 25cent 45man and 23 x 50cent 45man turbo)

I ran pretty well, but there was a spot where a seemingly tight player with almost to no hands to date openlimped in EP. 3 people in MP/LP call and I sit there with 55 in the SB. I am not sure the first limper has anything (its a 27c game, but you also have gold players there..) so I don't squeeze. flop comes Axx and I see two people who limped behind w A8 and A5o sharing the pot. I would have wanted to squeeze 55 so much after I saw that weak range, but whatever.. Some hands later, the A5 guy open limps, he gets another limper and I shove
Q9s. Of course the limper folds, but the 2nd limper sits on TT and busts me right before 2nd final table.

55c. I 3bet some shortstack w AK (could have pushed also) and another AK calls and a JJ shoves. I was kinda confused since my 3bet was too large to fold now I guess. so I called and got kicked from #35 down to #120 for basically no money at all.

also had some ugly spots when I flipped AK v 88 and TT v KJ on two bubbles vs the CL each time and lost both in the 45man where I was in top3 in chips both times.
Then the 180man where I got 5th and 7th with real ugly hands. but standard ...

So, started a second attempt with 8$ in, played the rake-free satellites from 0.25$ to 0.5$, played Jackpot SNGs, MTTs and stuff with it, run it up to 310$ in a week.

Now I am trying to ship a 10$ MTT on FTP but always end up busting ITM, getting 9th, misplaying AA deep vs a set on flop etc. for a break even game.

The 2.5$ -> 10$ sats are running nicely with a 30% ROI, so far I got like 40 tickets but donked off a lot of them in the Jackpot SNGs. MTT shall be better, even if the JPSNG have a way higher fish ratio.
Super Turbo SNGs are the lowest form of $-EV per game ever. 6 regs on a table and no edge at all. Turning tickets into real-$ in 10$ super turbo is just a hassle. Can't even remember how I played them a year ago..

as well as hitting some 4x 5$ and 10$ JPSNGs led me to run up my BR up to 310, can't honestly say how much I got now since I sent to stars, paid back investors, cashed out to moneybookers etc.

when growing your bankroll it's important to keep an eye on the rake distributions. I just realized stars.fr, where any game is more expensive is actually cheaper in one game, the single table SNGs.


here are my findings.
orange shows where stars.eu is more expensive and green what is a good game to substitute it for.



a spot i thought about a bit was reg speed 6max where we ditch 3.5$ with 11,82% for the 3€ with 11,52%.
But we could also play the 5€ which is 10,62% and therefore cheaper than the 3€ - but 5€ is already as high as 5,63$ and if we want to increase stakes for a better price, we might play the 7$ with 9.55%

what's nice if you combine both sites is that you not only can choose the cheaper rake model (and only use the other one if you need more tables) but you have a buy in that is better suited for your buy-in. i.e. .fr stars with 25cent for 9max regspeed while you start at 1.5$ (which is higher raked and a tougher player pool) at .eu

It's also odd that 9max turbo on .fr at 3€ is cheaper than 5€.
