Poker is a very stressful profession. Even as a hobby it can be stressful. If you're not in a super strong mental state, i'd reconsider spending hours playing poker.

Are there any support groups you can get to in your area? Maybe your doctor can suggest some therapy you can attend or something. Have you tried listening to audiobooks, audible have a free trial, might just be a nice distraction.

Netflix is great too if you can afford the $10 monthly subscription. Meetup.com has meetups in most places, maybe you can find a meetup you like, and start making some friends.

It would be great to get a hobby and then meet with other people with a similar hobby. I love the game of poker, but online can be quite lonely at times. Many hours in front of a computer, maybe not super therapeutic for you, or most + life ev.

Hope you win the monies if you do play, good luck!

Also there is no supernova elite any more on pokerstars, and you have a 24hour + schedule in your plan, with no sleep. This isn't sustainable...

How will you grind for 14 hours between 11am and 7pm?

Yes this did seem a little crazy. Maybe it's a Tim Ferris thing. The 40 hour work day.

....um buddy you do realize supernova or supernova elite doesn't exist anymore right?...also 'to be able to auto pilot 12 tables ' ?!!!!! That's the exact opposite thing you want to do...don't kid yourself if you think ur going to print money by just clicking buttons and not have a solid game plan n to think through all kinds of spots in small to big pots...it's 2017 and not 2005...I wish you luck

Don't do it buddy, your mental health should be your main priority. Apart from the fact that a stable mindset is absolutely crucial when it comes to beating any limit. Succes at poker won't do half as much for you in terms of happiness as one would think.

I've started at the bottom and throughout the years I've played some pretty high stakes. Now I can't really tell you what the biggest pot is I ever won, or how much I won in my best month. Put that up against the almost high definition memories I have from losing five hundred to a two outer or busting a sunday major in 11th place for less than that day's buyins.

I appreciate you love poker, and you should definitely play a little. But instead of this high intensity schedule, try to consider a less intense approach. I am sure this will do your results good, but also your mental health.

Good luck with whatever you choose, I'm in for the ride

Good luck with this, rooting for you.

Does seem like a very tough schedule of grinding all that time, I'd take it easy and have more relaxing time for one day a week (or a least one day every two weeks) otherwise you'll just burn yourself out playing for so many hours.

Kudos for trying to go vegan as well.
