what I meant to say was that your progress, which you are trying to keep updating, is not only represented by the $ amounts that you win/lose but by a ton of other factors, and that's what I meant to say when i was talking about you falling into the trap of results-orientedness is that you seem to (obv basing this only from the posts i've read itt) see your progress in poker as how much you win.
I guess you could try to take a look at other ppl's threads and draw inspiration on what to focus on from there, however I can't say I can help with that as I don't remember off-hand any such threads. maybe others do?
