i tried playing reg tables but got tired of it because of all the table politics and scripts(a bit in january and february as well). i will probably play some in the future, hopefully 400nl and higher. i get 750 hands per hour, playing 4 tables of zoom.

so this happened. had a tough time injecting logic/positive thoughts to try and have a nice tuesday night. kind of succeeded, had a nice night with gf at my parents house.

its 7bb/100 ev, almost double what i need to reach yearly goal. great day

month is going okay! ive been playing okay. evbb/100 is at 4 so all is good. i'm still working on mental game, identifying tilt triggers etc. also i try to study more hours.. i will try and study in my down times now (6-10pm), probably important if i want to have a big year. im also scanning the 500z pool at different times of day, i should jump in and take shots soon enough. very little chance that im a winner there (over 2.5bb/100 i mean) but it should be good practice.

hey guys, month is still going good. graph from last post is tuesday to thursday, friday went great and saturday was swingy and spewy but probably booked a small profit (played 27/20/10 with 50wwsf). im a bit **** face today but instead of taking day off i'll play 100z.

if things go well in march, i'll try other games. shots at 500z like i mentioned before, maybe try to start tables at 400 or 600nl or use a script to play there, something. i never was aggressive with moving up but i will force myself this year, see what i can accomplish with lot of volume and study. i noticed this thread had descent views but no replies most of the time, i will post a strat hand today to generate something hehe .

ok so this is the strat hand altho its more of a question. does someone knows if we should raise river or not? if not, i know approx how i should calculate it working off table but not entirely sure so if i could have some guidance it would be appreciated. for this villain i dont think we can give any combos of 88. if he folds 76s and 9x always to a shove, and call 98s and 44, should we jam? he prob doesnt always fold 76s and 9x to a shove tho.

not sure how you can just flat that 77s hand :O insane. sb's range should be pretty wide right + might squeeze 88 sometimes? could have quite some 5x.. anyway sick hand

think 7s is wp imo, when he range is pretty polar towards boats/quads or busted draws(assuming most reg sqz 99+) ,even if he is bad enough to flat some 56s/A5s there, they wouldn't rly be calling a shove anyway. so vs that range, flatting seems wp, if river was a 8d, then I'm not sure

I think 77 is a pretty obvious mistakes and you guys are being result oriented because we ran into absolute top of range

hmm 77 hand, a fun player was left to act i think and i was thinking sb is gonna hero fold a lot vs raise. i mean what if he has no 5x and fold all overpairs? (also the fun player had over 100bbs and i never saw him before so sb maybe doesnt know co is a fish so sb may not be wide pre. btw sb is straight forward ish overall)

i may be off for sure tho. what hands do you think sb call our raise with?

just looked at recent results and below is friday hehe



broke even saturday sunday and monday combined (lost 1k today)

just play on fridays, 6 days off a week, 120k+ !

What's the biggest loss you had in one day at 200NL ? Do you have some stop loss strategy ?

i havent played that much 200nl lifetime, so nothing huge. between 1600 and 1800. i don't have a stop loss strategy, i need to grind vpps . i try to take breaks when i play bad, when i feel tilty or if i lose big. once or twice a month, i tilt so much that i quit and don't come back even if i'm not tilted anymore or w/e (sometimes i dont lose that much on those days but maybe i was up +8bi and then down -2bi or something) .. but when i do that i have at least 60% of the vpps i wanted for that day.

speaking of mental game, i'm having a rocky week. i lost 5bi monday, 4.5bi wednesday and 3bi today (was up 5bi today at one point). i won close to 9bi tuesday so not the worst week just yet. ev bb/100 is at 6.5 for the month and i have 32k hands played. will do proper update soon!

I still have a graph at 200z of losing 5k in 5k hands. despite the fact I suck back then my ev was even that day...

i was like ok 10bi under ev for 5k hands, very intense but it happens. but realizing it was 25bi lol thats just insane. as long as my EV line is okay, im fine.. but 5k mehh :/

almost jumped in 500z pool today.. all the regs were std 200z/500z regs and descent fish ratio as well. i didnt because im not even having a winning week!

EV isnt all of bad luck ofcourse, sometimes you call down when opponent hits backdoors or you shove flop with btm set VS top set with 4% equity that sort of stuff can happen hand after hand.. Sick graph ssg
