work out your rake over a decent sample, it will depend on looseness etc

To show it's possible to grind 100 bucks into a decent sized bankroll without insane volume, to stay motivated and move up stakes when I'm rolled without second questioning myself. I guess the overall aim is to get to small stakes NL and see how I do. I've done threads like this in the past and beaten micros easily without taking the next step and just ended up cashing out when I hit a few K. I might be interested in doing video content and similar poker related things too.

The biggest difference this time around is that I'm 3 months sober/smoke free, weekend alcohol binging affected my ability and motivation in the past.

Can you explain how you improve your game? any coaching or trainging? Skype groups?

How much hours/hands do you play on average per week?

No coaching or anything. I've played a lot of 6 max over the years. The real test will come at 50NL+! I feel there's no real difference up to that point, the most important thing is discipline and controlled aggression. I think there's some players who fall into a trap at the micro limits of fancy play syndrome, all that's needed is a standard tag strategy and paying attention to who are the nits. Basically every hand you play should depend on your how your opponent plays, bet sizing is also important.

I average a couple of hours a day 4 tabling zoom, I hope to play double that or more, but for now mental game stuff is more important.

Bad day, first long steak of negative variance. Only 10k~ hands or so but it's impacted me negatively mentally so before playing I need to regroup my thought process and so on. Dropped a bunch of buyins but it's somewhat meaningless.

I'll be back playing again tomorrow.
