Play poker with friends for Free on Push it Poker.

Push it Poker is a new app for the iPhone that is focused on friends being able to play mobile poker together. One drawback with live mobile poker games is friends usually don't have the same free time to sit at the virtual table together so you end up playing random players. Push it Poker allows up to 24 hrs per move and we send a push notification when it's your turn to play. If one of your buddies is lagging then create up to 20 games to always have action. If you dont want to wait for friends and want to start a game right away we do have a quick match feature that will pair you with random opponents.

Push it Poker is sit-n-go style poker, playing heads up or against up to 5 opponents. Each game player starts with 1500 in chips and blinds of 10/20 that go up every 10 hands. This is a US based iphone game so there is no money, but that doesn't mean side betting between friends is out of the question. The game also includes a chat function and a leaderboard. There are no random players available! So much for that idea!

It's just starting up. Give them a break. The structure for playing with random players is there.

Is there any plans of expanding the software to blackberrys?

EfromPegTown, Our next conversion will be for Android. We haven't planned on Blackberry conversion as of yet but could change if there is demmand.

brianmarc, we have not yet reached critical mass to have an instant quick match for full table games. We are pretty close for heads up though. Our design is made for playing with people you know so hopefully some of your friends will want to challenge you, if not my userename is Warren.

Loving this app, it's so sick. Got 20 games going. To the above poster, my random games work just fine. already made a few bucks side betting with my boys. Every poker player would enjoy this app.

OK. If main goal is to put together your own games, I missed that. Unfortunately i don't haver poker friends as I'm a refugee from OLP. And s for HU, I don't believe that game means anything with play money. Full games at least have a shot at being entertaining so long as you don't have a bunch of hyper-loose newbies, as with OLP playmoney. BTW: couldn't figure out how to ping you in the game to at least see how it worked.

How do get random games when no players are listed? And how do side bet with strangers?

I actually prefer playing poker with strangers. Not sure I would have many friends once they realized they were paying for my baller lifestyle by losing to me at poker.

Brian: All my random games have started just fine. I am currently in a few different games with dudes from the uk, germany etc. When I first bought the app it took a few minutes for the random games to start but now they just seem to fire up almost immediately. FYI: I have only been side betting for fun with people I know.
