Hi, I just wanted to thank you for this man. I have to mention that I have huge tilt problems for a very long time now. Very often, slightly tilt turns into monkey tilt and I just start spewing off alot of buy-ins, that takes days or weeks to get back. After listening to this audio for 2 times now, I can prodly say that I havn't tilt a single bit in 2 nightmare-like sessions running really bad with 13 buy-ins under EV and eventually showing a 2 buy-ins profit after 10k hands. If it wasn't for you, running this bad combined with my monkey tilt would've been another disastrous month for me. For a very long time now I really enjoyed playing poker again although I ran really bad. I didn't even feel the need of listening to music, which I do it every single session, because I enjoyed playing every single hand so much. I was abnormally focused, relaxed, unemotional and very analytical in tough decisions, playing my absolute A game that usually don't last more than an hour to me. Even my girlfriend noticed a changed in my mood, after she was about to start a fight and I kept my cool because no matter what she would say could make me angry as I used to. After she calmed down she asked me how come I didn't start yelling as I usually do. So what can I say more thanks alot I'll buy the warm down mp3 soon as well, because I have big problems falling asleep (usually 2-3 hours after I go to bed). People that invested alot of time to play and study the game and are passionate about poker like I am but are still struggling although they have enough knowledge to beat their opponents at their levels, should know about this asap.

I just tried the internet poker one, and it worked very well. Trying to put all emotion aside is something i have (unsuccesfully) been trying to do a lot lately, i play super turbo SNGs so my results from hour to hour and day to day are mostly mere variance and noise, and i have been trying to learn not to pay these numbers any attention. Like i said, that hasnt gone very well until i tried this work of Elliot and as if it wasnt enough being completely free from tilt, it put me on a completely different level of focus i have only experienced a handful of times before in my life.

Do you accept Skrill/mb Elliot?

I've decided to work with Elliot to help me improve some aspects of my mental game. In the future I'll probably post a longer and more comprehensive review but I wanted to go ahead and share some of my initial thoughts.

Like most people still around in the poker world I consider myself pretty intelligent and logical so when I first heard of Elliot's hypnosis services I didn't really put much thought into pursuing it further because of hypnotism's unfortunate and inaccurate portrayal in Hollywood and from stage performers. It wasn't until I saw some of his reviews and a friend of mine told me about his experiences with Elliott's mp3 that I decided to give it some more thought.

Through some brief research it's pretty easy to find that hypnosis is just another valid method of therapy with strong sciences backing it up.

Having met Elliot IRL I can say that he seems like a genuine and decent person who has a pretty special skill set to offer this community. He was very generous with his time with me and even offered to do an impromptu session after hearing about some of my real life anxieties.

I hope to be able to post in the future about the improvements in my poker mentality after having worked with Elliot. From what I've seen so far I'm confident in recommending Elliot's personal programs and his mp3s to anyone who could use some help with his mental game (which should be everyone).
