Re: New 100K Micro-stakes NL System: How to Crush 50NL in 2012

Watched all the vids now.

My final conclusion is that you get an excellent guide for improving your game. But like all good things it wont come easy.
You have to work a bit to internalize all the concepts which are very well explained by James.
If you are willing to do so, I'm a 100% sure it will be a success.

I have not regretted to order the videos.

Re: New 100K Micro-stakes NL System: How to Crush 50NL in 2012

I bought the vids because I already had the book and have found it be to a go to reference full of highlights and annotations in the margin. The book is throrough.

The vids did not disappoint. I had a post flop leak that one of the vids really helped me with.

There are no magic bullets here. If you're prepared to work on your game and invest a little in your development then you'll find it more than useful.

As a reference I play 10 and 25NL 6 max and it's aimed at me...that's for sure.

We could argue all day about the price and its value. You pay your money and you take your choice. I certainly don't regret the purchase and it's pointing me in the right direction.

I know I understand your point and I am sorry for being rude. I also own your poker blueprint and I think your material is decent and I am planning on buying The No-Limit Holdem Workbook. I just think you are pretty expensive there are a lot of other cheaper options.

I have no problem with paying for music, sw etc. and I would never ask for refund, that is just not nice. (if the product is not a scam). I mean you are charging 2k for a .pdf file I was able to get within 5 minutes of googling. I looked at your site and you are preparing a new psychology book that might be as good as Jareds book or even better with a difference that it is going to cost roughly 3 time more. Guess which one I am buying. The fact that you are making money off your material means that it is worth the deal but to me you're probably by far the most expensive author.

No offense though.

Hi wtfpwnage,

I don't usually address any comments regarding pricing but you raised some good points and some people might have the same thoughts.

It is important to note that when you buy a product from Daily Variance, you're not just a customer buying a book or a video series from us. You are a part of our community and I do my best to make sure you are happy and satisfied.

Here are some hard cold facts on how we operate:

99% of emails are answered within 24 hours.

We have a direct phone line to answer your questions or give you suggestions on how to improve your game.

We have a lifetime support for our customers. If you lose your ebook/videos, we send you a new one upon request.

We have a private forum where you can ask any questions you like and I personally answer them for you. I charge $500/hr for 1-on-1 coaching but due to a lack of time, I don't coach anymore. However, I spend hours in the forum answer questions from readers.

80% of our customers are returning customers. This speaks volume for the quality of our products.

I received tons of emails over the years from readers telling me that although they know about our products, they were reluctant to pull the trigger to purchase our products due to our pricing. However, once they did, they wished they would've bought our resources earlier.

Lastly, our products come with a 100% Money-Back Guarantee for 90 days. That means, for 90 days, you are free to browse our products and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email support and your money is back in your account within 24 hours. You don't even have to tell us why you're not satisfied. I want to make it as simple as possible for you.

Some people actually emailed me and asked if the guarantee offer is legit. Of course it is. In fact, we actually have a few instances where some customers BENDED our books and COPIED the pages and asked for refunds. They got their money back within 24 hours.

In the poker world where everyone is connected to each other, your reputation is everything. I won't hesitate to say that we have an awesome reputation for our products and services. We go above and beyond for our customers. If our customers are not happy, we would've closed shop years ago.

Now, does this mean Daily Variance is for everyone? NO. It's the same reason why the iPhone isn't for everyone. There are other affordable choices out there and if those choices make you happy, go for it. There are tons of people who love Daily Variance and it's my responsibility to spend my energy and focus on them.

Also, the majority of self-published authors out there are my friends so I'm happy to see them succeed. In fact, our website sells their books.

I'm happy with my life and our customers are happy with us. If others want to join us, great. If not, that's fine too.

I know whatever you decide will be the best decision you make for yourself so good luck at the tables. Take care.

Really good videos. I have always invested in anything splitsuit makes. Tons of things to learn from the basics to the most advance material.

When you come back, it will hit you in the face like a splash of cold water. But if you keep playing, you are subconsciously adjusting your game day to day and thus the change won't be that dramatic.

We have done tons of market research over the past few months to figure out the common mistakes that players make and what poker concepts they are having problems with. If you go to the micro-stakes forum right now, people are still making the same mistakes and having the same problems they had 6 months ago. And I'm confident that two months from now (which is 2012), people will have the same issues. The Micro-stakes NL System addresses these issues.

Our goal is to prepare players for the future and to be ahead of the curve. With my track record for creating helpful poker resources, I believe the Micro-stakes NL System will be a slam dunk for micro-stakes players looking to improve their winrate and poker game.

Also, thank you for pointing out my typo. I appreciate it.
