I'd like to buy this but I'm in BC in Canada, and I have to either pay $35 shipping for a week-long wait or $12 shipping for a month-long wait. I've tried both from your official site and amazon.com (amazon.ca doesn't have it). Is there a better option somewhere?

Amazon doesn't allow us to modify the shipping specifications for books. $35 gets it there in 3-5 business days, $12 gets it there in 6-12 business days (same for my website). Sorry for the confusion, it's a pain that we can't change the specs on Amazon for this exact reason.

As Jared stated, first class to Canada (Amazon standard) should take 6-12 days as long as the weather and fishing isn't good. If there is good fishing or hunting weather it can take up to 6 weeks for Canadian customs to process international packages, You know they got better things to do, eh.

In my experience Canada post has been the most inconstant postal service in the free world. Aussie customers receive their items from the States before Canadians,

I've read it myself a few times.

From what you wrote, it seems like you are having trouble with identifying your core values, and living by them. This blog has some info about it.

Hi, that's strange. I just checked, and my distributor's records show that it was shipped out on Friday. The confirmation comes from the email address: orders@completefulfillment.com. Maybe it went into your spam folder. Either way, it's definitely on the way. Thanks for your order, look forward to your thoughts on the book!
