The Gemstone VIP Promotion will be returning in 2013, with the twist that now even 2,500 monthly StrategyPoints (from $500 rake) will earn you consistent rewards throughout the calendar year.
The objective is simple: Earn
Gemstones for every 2,500 SP (from $500 rake) or 7,500 SP (from $1500 rake) you earn per calendar month.Collect as many Gemstones throughout 2013 as possible and collect your well-deserved rewards at the end of the promotion!

Excuse me, we forgot to list some important information here that is of course not obvious! 
Cliffs:
1. The participating rooms are William Hill (iPoker), Ladbrokes (Microgaming), 24h Poker (Microgaming), Poker Heaven (IPN) and Cake Poker.
2. All of the cash returns of the Gemstone promotion are on top of the full VIP system & our exclusive races.
3. In January, you get triple gemstones & thus triple cash!
4. It's a year long promotion - thus, it's based on loyalty. Read the promo details carefully to get the full reward.
January triple Gemstones
Example: you earn 7,500 SP in William Hill.
This means you paid $1,500 of rake.
You get 3x3=9 green Gemstones + 3x1 red Gemstone.
This means you get Gems worth 9x $25 + 3x $75 = $450.
If you continuously play to keep all Gemstones, this means an additional 30% rakeback - on top of the VIP system & our rake race!
Consistency pays off: deductions system
The Gemstone VIP Promotion rewards consistent play throughout the year - missing months will count against you!
Miss one month of green and/or red Gemstones:
1x green and/or red Gemstone is deducted from your total balance at the start of the following month.
Miss sequential months:
Green and/or red Gemstone balance reset to 0.
Example 1: BobbyFishSticks earns 19 green Gemstones from January to July 2013, but he fails to earn a Gemstone in August. 1x green Gemstone is deducted from his yearly total at the start of September.
Example 2: BobbyFishSticks earns 5 green and 1 red Gemstones each month from January to July. He then earns only 2 green Gemstones per month from August until December. His red Gemstone balance is reset to 0 in October.
Further information
Deductions of green Gemstones and red Gemstones are independent - if you lose your red Gemstone balance, you will still be able to cash in your green Gemstones if you do not miss earning 2,500SPs in consecutive months.
It is not possible to have a negative Gemstone balance. If you miss consecutive months, you'll have to start from the beginning - but you won't be grinding your way out of negative figures.
Get paid in January 2014
In January 2014, your Gemstones will be paid out into the poker account of the rooms where they were earned.
