This is a turbo muck. The small open and near min raise are both huge hands that want to get their stacks in. There are villains tight/passive enough I would quietly fold QQ in this situation.

Definitely a fold. The bottom of my range here is AK, and against some villains I would even fold that.

If stacks are 100BBs or more, Id rather have 88 or 87s here than AK.
