Here is a hand from a home game that I think I butchered or just didn't feel good on how I played it

Villans are all fishy in this game and play any two cards (really!)

Weekly game and we all know each other well. Their image of me is loose and aggro

Hero 400 CO 9d8d
V1 350 raises to 15
V2 160 calls
V3 120 calls
V4 call
Hero calls
Blinds fold

Pot 78
Flop QcQd10d

V1 bets 20
V2 calls
V3 raises to 45
V4 folds
I see v1 and 2 grab calling chips so I call
They call

I think my call is wrong meaning that I think this is a fold or raise - do you agree?

Pot is around 260
Turn 4s
V1 checks
V2 bets 20
V3 raises to 60 and is all in
I call - once again I didn't feel good about this but the pot got so big
V2 and v1 calls

Pot 500
River Jc
v1 checks
V2 shoves the remaining 40 or so
I shove which I think is too much to get money out of V1

You have a raise in front of you on a paired board on the flop where most likely you're only out is a Jd. Also you're drawing to a medium flush. These are trap spots that you need to be able to get away from with multiple villains in the pot.

Fold flop...since you didn't, fold turn...since you didn't, you are priced in to make the call on river when you hit the dummy end of your straight.

The hand is 100% fine.

Pre is fine.

You likely have close to 0 fold equity on the flop facing a bet, raise, villains behind who are putting in chips, and these guys don't generally fold anyway. Not that it matters much, but you also said your image is loose and aggressive. Calling in position with tons of chips left and good odds is obviously plenty +EV. You got a bit > 4.5:1 to call; there's absolutely nothing wrong with calling, and it's probably best by a bit.

The turn is fine. You got around 7:1 on your call. Why feel bad? You should feel great.

On the river, V1 has like 230 left with a pot of 540. Shoving is your only play.

At a table where people are playing ATC, there are a huge # of Qx combos.

Sorry that V1 folded KK or AA, but on the QQx flush + straight board, what can you do.

Sorry, too, if people made fun of the way you played it.

But I don't see one problem here, nh.

I fold preflop, I'd want at least everybody in the hand to have 100bbs. Suited connectors are really garbage with multiple short stacks in the hand.

By the way, in a game where ranges are far less wide and bet sizing much less ridiculous, the flop probably is often a fold. The paired Q hits TAG broadway ranges. The diamond A or K is too often a dirty out (AQ, KQ), the 3 non-diamond J's may be dirty (QJ), and of course you're already drawing to 1 out against QT. But in this game with such wide ranges, you could see nearly 100 worse Qx combos. So it makes no sense to fear a few broadway hands that are highly blocked in a game where people are going to show up with a huge number of combos of worse made hands they'll never fold.

Fold pre given stacksizes.

Fold flop. It's a paired board and you have a garbage FD and dummy end of the ISD facing a bet and raise.

I can get down with all of this. Def agree that this is only correct play given the unique circumstances of the game that OP is in. Most standard settings and you gotta chuck this on the flop. Also, im not on board with us throwing our hand away pre because 2 of the 4 players have a little less than 100 bb's. 1 we barely cover and is 175 bb deep @ 350. V4-OP doesn't list stack size since he doesnt go far in hand, but what if he had 400 as well?

Mid range SC in late position facing a raise from EP and 3 flatters. Oh, and its a juicy lineup. Never ever ever ever ever folding. If this is wrong..someone please let me know asap.

I play differently with a different line up but will say that even if I just sat down and had 98s after 4 players are in for 15 each I would probably see a flop....and then fold with this board

98s may be at the very bottom of my range in a multiway pot

Definitively a no brainier call with J10s
