My local room has started a 3 blind game 1/3/6 sb/bb/UTG. UTG+1 also has option to straddle to 12. buy in range 300-1K, 9 handed.
I was wondering what standard adjustments i should make on open raise sizing, as well as range adjustments from EP and LP?

Sounds like a pretty good game. For LP opening/raising ranges, there is more dead money, but also an extra player to get through. You probably want to reduce your range just a bit for that factor. Don't overdo it and use a CO range for your BTN play, just go halfway IMO.
For sizing, that's obviously game dependent. 25$ is probably a good baseline, and don't be shy about increasing it if the game calls for it

My thought would be standard open 20-25 then add 5-10 per limp?
When "round of straddles" open to 40 then add 10-15 per limp?
The player pool for this game is generally weak and i expect players to still limp/call too often from EP w weak aces, pairs, hands like QTo, etc, then give up on most boards. Game will expect to have 1/3 player competency, which is awesome considering 5/10 100bb depth
