IMO, LAGs open very wide from EP. 20-25%+ is not unusual.

Him not leading river, may be telling. Do you slow play often?

Is villain a button clicker?

Do you normally bet when checked too? Or possibly bluff alot, on 4 flush boards?

I hated your line (obv), but hate his just as much, unless he had very good reason to pass up on obvious value bet situation.

Think both of you each possibly took least EV paths.

I would raise otf but may call depending on how his spewy and aggroness manifests itself in his game. As played otf, probably just calling turn, betting psbish if checked to or raising huge if he bets.
