Raising is fine. If it was me I would raise to 28.
Checking is also ok, we have a multi way hand with multiple players and we're in position. But then we're playing fit or fold. We know the odds of flopping gin and FD's are not in our favor, so I would go with a raise.
Now you know why I limp reraise hands from EP especially when theres some aggro dude in LP or even morseo when some aggro guy straddles and thinks he has to raise his straddle every time.
