Had a hard time with this call here since his value range is fairly narrow and by calling the turn I think I need to be prepared to call river on favorable cards.

Not sure if villain jamming river was totally expected. Part of calling turn was hoping to a) see some free rivers if/when villain was bluffing unimproved and b) calling some reasonable river bets depending on river texture. Villain's value range is very narrow here and we are fairly high up in our own range.
