Preflop raise of $25. I flat call in position.

Ad 2s 3s flop

Flop lady raises fifty and I make it $100.

Lady goes all in. I shove with her with $100 behind.

She has AK
I show AJ

Bad play or bad luck?

Earlier she tried to bluff me off a hand with pocket 10's when I had queens.

I was hoping she had kings queens jacks in this position.

To answer your q: bad play.

Also HH poorly written, your hand w/o suits, we dont know your and her position.
E.g. AJo great flat BTNvsCO, bad MPvsUTG, preflop ranges strongly influence postflop game too. You cannot get solid answer w/o giving solid info.
