Did a shoulder workout last night on insanity. It was almost as worse as the shoulder super set I do with free weights. I couldn't make it the whole way.

I was lurking the plo ss forums, and they have hand replay in most of there hh, pretty sick on a forum. I wonder is this only for omaha?

Try Hand History for iPhone. It used to have a web link that plays out the hand in a movie format that is viewable online, but I am not sure if it is still available.

Just got done watching a 45 min PLO video by galfond, My PLO language is getting greater by the day.

@11t lmao at cheering for a donator, same thing HTJ was doing. Have not heard from HTJ about his fish.

I really enjoy the Pahwm threads bc a detailed analysis of each street can be really beneficial.... I used to do them all the time. THey are best when the poster waits a while before posting each street (12 hours+ at a time between each street is best imo)

So I stopped smoking weed last night, I need to get a job and get away from my baby momma. We are to a point now that we cant have a convo with arguing. Wish me luck guys.

This is a very positive life decision. Get a day job and grind at night.
