At Commerce in L.A. On a weekend they used to have 8 to 10 20-40 games and prob. 5 to 8 40-80 games going.

I haven't been to Commerce in a while, but I suspect that the 20-40 games have dropped off. A number of the Deuces Cracked limit coaches are props for the 20-40 at The Bike... why would they prop a game that never has more than two tables if the commerce games are still as good as they used to be?

There was a big debate about possible winrates. Many respected high-stakes limit players said 1BB/hr was not sustainable (I think mostly the Minnesota guys). Some swore 1BB was do-able for the best players.

Use short-handed lingos for positions, UTG, +1, HJ...etc.

Then it's matter of chip count, $300, $250 and etc.

And if you find yourself trying to record 6 players in the hand, then don't bother, you probably need to focus on playing hands that involve fewer players.

honestly if u r buying in for $500 in my local 2/5 PLO game, it is very possible to go through 5K playing optimally.

I study live PLO here on the forums. I have watched live and online PLO. You have idiots flatting with kings/aces. People are so scared in live PLO. Trust me you don't have to play the game to know what the hell is going on.

Sometimes its better to watch. In the heat of the moment people brains get clogged.

I don't see a lot of coolers in live PLO. I mostly see mistakes by clueless noobs.

fwiw it is good to learn both PLO and NLHE so when you get higher up you can sit whichever game is better

That's the problem, I'm scared of live its not the same as rush PLO, online I loved it. I don't have the quick fold button live lmao!
