Rather than responding individually, I just want to thank everyone for their suggestions. As I said before, the problem is not trying find someone who would be good, but rather picking from the large list of people who would be good.

I've got more time to look at it for the next couple of days. The current mods need to mull over the list and come up with a consensus pick. After that, I'll need to bring it to the mod forum to see if there are any objections, then try to get Mat's attention to actually mod someone. There's no question that it will be someone already nominated in this thread and all the mods agree that it needs to be someone whom the forum will say, "Yeah, that's a good choice for mod."

GG, I've noted your desire not to be a mod. Be assured that you are well thought of in this forum by your peers.

I lost 4 buy ins at Foxwoods 2/5 in December 2008. After taking my 5th from Auntie M, I started playing Christmas carols on my Ipod and then got the other suffering player at the table to croon along a little. It probably wasn't my A game, but the tilt went away and I fought back to winning territory.

Bring 10 buy-ins and think about your hourly rather than how you are running in the session. Easy game.

I was in for $2700 last Sunday ($2/5 500 max) and cashed out $3293 after 20 hours.

bankroll management is easily the #1 skill that prevents people from being long term winning players because they can't play long enough to get to the long term!
