Online poker you can play like a damn robot and clean up shop. Well, maybe your forced to, playing 8-16 tables. You want to play in position because playing from the blinds 16 tabling sucks lmao. When you get deep you can nut peddle on all tables. Does not take long lol. The list goes on and on why online is easier to play strict ranges. Online poker skill level is in the math/robot play style. You can copy or steal peoples ranges. Everyone steals online and I'm not talking about blinds.
My point is, to be a professional/serious player. You need to know what the fish/majority knows. Then you counter it with meta game. Its an old trick professionals use to stay ahead of the curve. So it doesn't matter if people give free information away. The more people that play the game the better.
That's the reason I swarm forums to know what my villains are thinking and of course nvg highstakes thread lmao.

Okay you should know what the opponent thinks is the right play. But you probably won't meet too many people from this 4rum specifically. Indeed glancing at Card Player and poker tv is probably more common knowledge. Actually playing in games where no one is a reg poster is better game selection.

Just linking this because I think you guys might be interested in a nice little sideline to increase your hourly rate (if you have the BR to cover the variance).

That's why I like live poker cash/tournaments over online. In live poker emotion is apart of the game.

You could probably beat 10 maybe even 25nl for a few dollars an hour using this strategy.

Re: ***Official "It Lives, It Lives" Chat Thread***
got a PM from poke4fun out of the blue telling me that my english skills aren't up to snuff, and that poker is'nt my bag.
I don't know if it's my bag, or not, but it does pay my bills.
thnx 4 your concern, pokey, but you should learn to mind your own business,
or wait til someone asks for your opinion, before you offer it unsolicited, and in the form of invective.
If you don't care for my folksy use of the english language, or take exception to my using it at a 4th grade level, then you are welcome to just keep that to yourself.

Dude, please grow up and keep private matters in private...
I'll explain myself in this matter just this one time, because you brought it up in public.
I did not message you out of blue; you messaged me out of blue and asked me bunch of rhetorical questions that basically led to you saying that your comments are grand because you're a full-time "winning" player.
I ignored those messages. But yesterday, in my lack of judgement, I messaged you with what you pretty much summarized. It was going to be my only message to you, and I guess instead, this will be my last message to you.

Re: ***Official "It Lives, It Lives" Chat Thread***
every board needs a pet troll,
and we are all aware of the vacuum that was left
by the dissipation of whats his name.
so this really is the best of all possible worlds.
and I woke up out of my trance, and realized that I have a fat trust fund, and that makes it even more perfecter.

Re: ***Official "It Lives, It Lives" Chat Thread***
fun hand happened today. Villain was a rich guy who was an engineer with SunCor, he was fairly new to poker. Me and him had a few convos in the past and were on good terms. We were like $600 (at 1/2) effective. He was the SB
Board was T852, I bet $100 with TT in the CO, shortie called OTB and was AI, villain called, river was a 6. Villain looks excited and immediatly flipped over his hand (it was on me to act) and he had rivered the straight. I said you are good and mucked. I fully intended to bet big/call the river. He saved me soo much much money.
