Live 3/6 1500 euros deep top two pair on flop

Live 3/6 euro in barcelona 7 handed.

Loose chinese player limps UTG I open 910 to 30 euro.

Tight player to my left flats. Another loose chinese player flats and the limper calls.

Pot 120ish I have 1500 total. Tight player has me covered and so does the chinese guy who flatted. Chinese guy who limped is short stacked.

Flop is 9103

I bet 80. Tight player raises to 240. Both chinese players fold.

What would you do here?

I called. Turn is a 7

I check he bets 310 I call.

River is 6 I check he bets enough to put me all in.

What would you do here?

My reasons for calling are:

I've been opening pre flop more than average and given up a few times on the flop.
He has a good image to make this move.
He has 3bet me and taken down a pot before.
Some people would put me on AK/AQ/AJ hands and expect me to fold to a raise on the flop.
He could be semi bluffing with JQ JK hands
He could be over playing a hand like A10 or K10 then decide to turn it into a bluff.
I don't know if he is good enough to shove to river with a set for value.
I have a 9 and 10 therefore is more unlikely he has 99 or 1010
I timed down on the turn a fair bit cus I very nearly folded there.
He timed down on the river before shoving for about 10 - 15 seconds.

My reasons for folding are:

He has only shown down one big hand which was KK where he 3bet flop and bet flop everyone folded.
He 3bet another hand but cbet flop everyone folded.
This flop hits his range in that he could have 33 or 99 or 1010... not sure if he would 3bet 99 or 1010 pre flop though.
His bet sizing doesn't look like a bluff. 310 looks like he wants me to call.
Unlikely he would want to bluff so big in a single raised pot pre flop.

I am a fish.

Thanks for any replies.

Re: Live 3/6 1500 euros deep top two pair on flop

flop i'd 3bet him small to 480

reasons for 3betting over flatting, it sounds like u have a reasonably active/loose image at the table having opened more than most/giving up on pots postflop may both work in your favour (being splashy/aggressive pre would give u a image were 3betting doesn't just = value/sets or whatever) [the 3bet might also come off in a way were it seems like your trying not to get pushed around by people but don't feel like u can flat a hand like 8x] so a hand like A10/JQ/J8/78 won't ever fold to a 3bet on the flop. (even if we are up against complete air i don't think we get too many bets on the turn having flatted his raise given how strong his raise looks)

can this ever be a slow played overpair? or do u think he's always 3betting his JJ+ preflop, as crazy as it sounds i've played a decent amount of live 1/2 poker and come across some nits do retarded things like flat premiums preflop because they don't feel like they can get action by 3betting
