Table dynamic- hero, 3 good regs, 3 bad regs, 1 fish, 1 unknown player

Hero-late 20's white male. Been on the table for about 3.5 hours. Was definitely out played in a few past hands so I tightened up and had since folded every hand for 2.5 rotations.

V- the unknown player. I have never played against him in any of my past sessions and have not yet been properly introduced on the felt in this session. Mid 30's white male. From what I saw in the first 3.5 hours I would say he is a standard rec player. Doesn't get out of line with complete trash preflop but has shown his capacity to overplay mediocre holdings. He was card dead for about an hour before this hand and was visibly frustrated by it. He even threw cards at the dealer a few times. V covers Hero

Effective stacks 530
Hand:

V raises to 20 UTG+1
Fish calls 20 OTB
SB folds
Hero peaks AK on BB

I thought about a 3bet here but since i had been a 3bet maniac(to no avail) the first 2 hours of the session, I figured I would stick with my tighten up and slow it down gear change I deployed an hour ago. Hero Checks.

Pot $57 (after drop)
Flop: K48
Hero checks
V-cbet $35
Fish calls

I thought about check raising but I didn't want to bet out weak kings, 77-QQ, and air. With such a dry flop I was so far ahead of both V and fish' ranges I decided a check raise on the flop was too strong and would kill my action. Hero calls with intention of check raising any non paint turn.

Pot $162
Turn: 6
Hero checks
V-bet $100
Fish folds

At this point I range V on JJ, QQ, AA, K10-AK. I know V doesn't show up with sets here that often given his past tendency to limp call most small pairs from early position. He wouldn't 2 barrel a turn flush draw or air into two players. I have $475 and am obviously not folding given board texture and perceived range. I feel like I have to start squeezing some value given his perceived range, but I didn't like a pot sized AI raise because I am only getting called there by the top end of his range.

Hero check min raises to $200 with intentions to fold to an all in re-raise and value shove all non paint rivers. V thinks about ten seconds and makes what looked like a painful call.

Pot-$562
river: 2
Hero insta shoves $275

My question is would you rather see hero make the pot sized AI raise on the turn or is it fine as played? Like I said I really thought the AI on the turn only gets called by the top of his range and given that more than half my stack was in the pot he would most likely just shove against my min raise if he had the top of his range. My check min raise turn/shove on the river gives the bottom of his range 3 to 1 to call the $275. Which play do you think is more optimal against this type of V? Which is more optimal given my stack size?

Spoiler:
V tanks and folds AA face up

If I was going to fold, I wouldnt min c/r. I would just call.

The river shove was fine since there was only a hp bet left.

I think it looks fine the min raise looks like a flush draw because you want a call and not trying to knock him off his hand. The insta shove on the river was the perfect use of the scare card. But I think you where lucky that Aces didn't 4bet the turn, aces played it too conservatively especially since he was holding the Ace of clubs.
