Game in question is a 1/2/2 game w/ a $5 bring-in and no max buy in. There is also a $5 and $10 kill that makes the bring-in $10 and $20 respectively.

Now how would you play JJ in the following scenarios?

1) There is a raise to $20 and 4 callers. You are in the BB with JJ. Effective stacks are $500. Should you call or raise. If raise.. how much?

2) There is a double kill on so its $20 go and there are 4 callers. You are in the BB with JJ. Effective stacks are $500, Call or raise. If raise how much?

3) Same as question #1 but with $1000 effective stacks

4) Same as question #2 but with $1000 effective stacks.
