You'll probably get better answers if you post in the NL forum.

I think you have to check raise the flop. Too much equity to just call.

Typically these very strong draws are good to balance out your very strong hands. So basically play this like you would if you had a set, meaning checkraise and keep betting.

If there is a substantial payout for hitting a straight flush (like $500 or more) I'd probably take the c/c line and hope V is not overbetting the pot.

Otherwise, your facing this dynamic. Your equity on the flop is very high (you are a favorite except against very specific hands). Your equity goes down each street you miss. When/if you hit, you may not get any more value from the hand. So.... play very aggressively. I would c/r large flop, then overbet/shove turn.

Is this an online hand or live? How big did he bet on the flop?

I'd normally check raise here to get him off AK, AJ, AT, JJ, and TT.

How are villains post?

Std play is check flop and then c/r. If villains are passive I'm leading. First a smaller sized bet then a lot closer to pot on turn if called.

If there are aggressive players I'm leading as well.
Another consideration to make is whether villains will pay you off when a draw hits
