Don't have time to watch the video right now to compare, but yes if it is a copy, even largely a copy, that is plagiarism. What outdonked is saying it isn't is copyright infringement, and I believe he's even wrong about that, but I am an educator, not a lawyer.

How is plagiarizing a dead man "somewhat unethical". It's completely unethical and OP is scum for doing it. Alec Torelli is scum for cheating his opponent out of 10k and then lying about the facts. If someone is going to do something scummy then thats what they are. Its simple. I'm not calling people scum for slow paying debts or anything like that buddy. These guys are scumbags.

I don't know if he's scum but he consistently acts with disrespect towards basically every person here, and is fundamentally dishonest to boot. Call it what you will but there's no defending his antics.

And there's no ethical difference between transcribing a video as your own thoughts and copying a manual as your own thoughts and memorizing a manual and presenting it as your own thoughts, though the last scenario is least believable.
