Best Poker Rooms For low limit cash and Tourney play in Vegas?

Hey guys, I'm heading out to Vegas tomorrow. Its been a few years so i'm looking for info on the best low stakes rooms. Plan to play 1/2 nl and tourneys $50 and under. Any good promos going ? Low tourney Rakes? Soft games?
Also hoping to catch a little rail time at the WSOP final table.

but fyi check out pokeratlas.com to find all the tournaments going on in the area, it's well updated.
any tournament under $100 will be pretty damn soft and prob high raked to be honest. i would def recommend just putting up an extra $75 and playing in the Aria $125 dailies if i were you or rio deepstack dailies. but if money is that tight, then any $50 tournament will be really soft
