Villain is a very agro / bluffy opponent but is probably a winner.

720 effective - 2/5

Villain raises to 15
Fish calls
Folds to hero to raises to 60 in CO with JJ
Folds to villain who calls
Fish calls

3 ways to the flop $180
J44

Check, check, hero bets 100, villain calls, fish folds

Heads up to turn $380
J446

Check, hero checks

River $380
J446T

Villain bets $200, hero shoves for 560.

Is the flop a check?
Is betting turn better than checking?

Flop bet is good with a flush draw out there, not a lot of broadways so he can peel thinking that he's ahead with a lot of pocket pairs. And we have a fish (assuming loose passive) that can call with whatever and may even have a 4.

Turn is debatable, but given the bluffy/agro reads a check can be fine.
If fish had called flop, then I def like a smallish bet on the turn to keep them along.

Obvious river shove is obvious, but that doesn't seem to be a question.

I would bet flop or turn but not both. It's just so hard for villain to have a strong hand that you have to be careful not to push them out. Go for 2 streets of value.

If you know villain is a chaser then bet the whole way and hope villain hits his flush. Against normal opponents a turn bet will just push flush draws out and that is villains most likely hand. If villain does have a 4 they will usually lead into you on river anyways.

I would have to be very confident that Villain was going to bluff river to check behind turn. I'd rather just bet smallish on the turn so that FDs can call another bet, and then shove river. It guarantees two streets of value vs Jx and FDs and makes it easy to stack 4x. You only risk losing some value from something like TT that may not call two bets anyways.
