2/4, about 100bb eff. haven't been at table long, relevant villain is playing loose and a bit wild. I've seen him make some bluffs and also make bluffly looking bets and then have a good hand, but I haven't seen enough to work out specifically what he's doing.

2 limpers to me on BTN with AT, I make it 20, both call.

Flop (65): KT4

Checks around

Turn: A

Checks to me, I bet 40, V calls, other guy folds.

River (140): 7

Villain bets 180.

Hero...? I'm inclinded to sigh and call, it looks like either a turned flush or busted Kd, maybe somtimes a weirdly played 2pair or something, but perhaps its better to play it cautious and fold, try to get him to show his hand?

I like checking behind on the Ad. You have two pair but the flush is easily in villains range. Those bluff looking bets you said he was making could be him chasing draws.

Otherwise, as played, I'm prob folding to overbet without enough info on villain.

Er, what? No.

And no goddamn way I'm folding aces up on the river against a "loose and a bit wild" villain who you've seen make bluffs. Flushes have to be discounted in his range a bit because there are so many other ways he could have played it (lead flop, lead turn, checkraise turn, check river for checkraise).

Worth mentioning as well that you have what I imagine is the absolute top of your range in this spot. I assume you'd have bet the flop with AK, or a set, or QJ, or a flush draw. So if you're folding AT here, then you're folding 100% of your hands. Probably not the best idea against a "wild" villain you know is capable of bluffing?

I'm going to guess you called and got shown a flush and that's the reason for the post.

Not folding vs this player. Sorry that he had QJ or a flush.

Villain might be wild and aggressive but this Stinks of a flush, I would narrowly let this one go

I would use Flopzilla & put V on a range he'd limp/call pre with; check the Flop with; c/c the Turn with & then over bet the River with & see how often you're ahead.

Also need to factor in how often, if ever, you've seen him play passively all the way the to the River & then bomb it as a bluff.
