First post on here as im really starting to study and try to get better but going to try to make this post correctly were playing 1/2 cash live
Info about table is they been limping a lot not a lot of raising pre
villain 1 haven't seen sat down few hands ago hasn't played any yet sitting with about (45 bb)

villain 2 pretty aggressive from what i seen so far sitting with around (150 bb)

Hero has around (200 bb) i have a pretty loose/solid image i have only been sitting down for about 35 min and up (125 bb)

so action starts with a straddle hero is big blind with 6 8
villain 1 (note he is not the 1 who straddled) is utg +1 and flats the straddle for 4 folds to villain 2 who is on the button and raises to 12 Hero calls 12 folds to vil 1 who calls 12

3 way pot (41$) flop comes(6Q10)
hero checks and it checks around
Turn comes a 6
hero leads 20
villain 1 raises to 40
villian 2 folds
hero calls(he only has 40 left should i just be getting it in?)
river comes 8
vil 1 only has around 40 left so Hero bet enough to put him all in he calls

will post results later im trying to learn sorry if this is long and not organized/posted right what do you guys think of my pre/post flop play thank you for your criticism and just now it helps a ton ty again

Fold pre.

3bet shove turn. I'd like to size more than 1/2 pot as a lead as well.

Welcome to the forum. Sorry you got beaten by another FH, but there's really nothing you can do about that being this shallow (short stacked). Considering the straddle, our effective stack, that is the lowest stack in play, is only 22.5bb. It's hard not to stack off even with bottom pair. That's why speculative hands like 86o which are pretty trashy, are really only profitable in multi-way pots with deep stacks & not completely out of position.

V1 flats and calls short stacked pre with QQ then goes ahead to min-raise the turn. You might as well have spent the night there following this guy around.
Like Quantum said above, you should fold pre with hands like these OOP or you'll get in more sticky situations. As played, I personally would bet a bit larger on the turn: a bit over half pot bet keeps the same Qx, Tx in the hand as a half pot bet but still makes any flush/straight draws pay for the river more.

Welcome to the forum, this is definitely the right place to be to improve!

I did notice a couple of mistakes. Like others I agree with folding pre flop, we are out of position and one of the villains has a very short stack which reduces our implied odds and can also makes things tricky given our position.

As played, 20 is okay on the flop if we intend on jamming all rivers against short stack villain is he just calls. Generally, I prefer a bet closer to 25-30 to price him in on the river and get max value.
When he raises, just get it all in. Villain appears fishy due to his min raise and stack size so I would expect to see a lot of calling mistakes from Qx, Tx, or even J9 or diamond draws.

Extremely unfortunately to be showed QQ, as 'Mag..' said above, stay at this table until he inevitably goes broke.
