Bluffed into a good hand, was it an error?

Playing 2/5 NL, effective stack sizes of 275
Action folds to me in middle position with 6s, 6c. I raise to 25. Button 3 bets to 65. (He was loose with a fairly high 3 bet frequency.) Blinds fold, and I call the 65.
Flop comes 10s, 7d, 5c. I check and button bets 75. I call. There is about 280 in the pot.
Turn comes Ac. I go all in for 135 more. He calls and shows Ah, Ks. River is brick and he scoops it.
On the turn I'm thinking if he really does have an overpair or pair of tens that he represents, the ace should be a good scare card. Did I make any errors in this hand?

Fold pre to 3bet when you are that shallow.

Yeah, don't flat the 3 bet preflop. Shove or fold. Given your read of light 3 betting, I would shove, but know that it is high variance, you will almost always be facing 2 overs.
AP: The A is actually better for a light 3 bettors range than yours. You should probably b/f small or just x/f.

Calling almost a third of your stack with 66 oop? Not good.
If you play 2-5 buy in for more it's my advice.

If you think he is 3! light then 4! shove pre. Don't flat his 3! As played I would have x/jammed the flop.

Fold pre definitely. If you want to go with this hand I'd open shove be flop and hope he missed. Turn shove is bad because you have no chips to leverage. He's literally never folding a pair to you on the turn. If you had $600 behind and you led $200 on turn that might give him some pause.

Usually it isn't a great idea to set mine shallow or against players with wide ranges.
As played if you have someone 3betting wide behind you and stacks are this short you should either open tighter or 4 bet get it in preflop. You just don't have the implied odds in the stacks or in his range to be bet calling 25% of your stack preflop with this hand
