Like 30 minutes before this happened:

I had AA no diamond on A76xdd and he xraised me. Turn was 5ddd he bet I called. River 5x and he Jammed all in for like 600 dollars and I tanked for like 3-5 minutes because of the straight flush possibility

He got really mad and said I nit rolled him. Then this hand happened...

He looks at me to show my cards and I say "I missed" and he tables AA so I table my 99 and win the pot. The other players seemed really upset and the tight reg said I was "an idiot on a heater" so I told him "thats poker" and he left the table

I thought he was a little out or line berating me twice but maybe I did something wrong in one of these hands?

Lying/acting to make the opponent think he won the hand when you actually have the near nuts is being an *******, obviously.

1 is fine. I mean it's bad strategy-wise but etiquette-wise it's fine. A "nit roll" is when someone takes a long time to call with a hand that seems trivial to call. But you should be happy to play with people who make mistakes like that.

2 is absolutely out of line. It's really mean to trick someone into thinking they won the pot when you know you have the winning hand. Angling for information is bad enough on its own -- it hardly helps you at all and makes the other player feel bad. But on top of that you tricked someone. Imagine how you would feel if out of the blue you find out that you owe $2000. That's basically what you did when you told villain he won the pot and then turned over the effective nuts.

Don't be a dick in live poker. It's not worth it.

This is probably a troll thread, but just in case it's not: You are scum. You should have been punched in the face after both hand 1 and hand 2 (metaphorically). If it is a troll, please stop wasting everyone's time.
