Hero pocket 99 BB $1900 - Been at the tables for about 9 hours. Ran it up earlier but has been card dead for a while. Finally flop a set of 99.

Villain - UTG+1 $210 - This guy just calls a bunch of stuff and folds, but doesn't really jam light. He is dumping it though and needs to double up

Villain 2 - Mid position $1500 - Is playing pretty well. Hasn't shown down much and is up about $500 by 3betting and winning pots vs fish.

UTG+1 limps
Villain 2 goes $20
Another call

Makes it $500. Charge him the max. Jam brick turns

I assume the only question you are asking is how likely is it that one of them have you set over set?

sooooooo many bad cards on the turn that can kill your action, 8 T J Q K spade.

I don't think V2 has TT often enough for us to be scared here (he will likely 3b the flop with that in this spot to stop you having odds to draw).

I think he has an overpair or a decent draw here, so I'm going to like $675, calling a ship/shoving all brick turns (not loving shoving an 8s turn obv).

Spade turn I cringe and soul read but probably still shove?

There's $560 in the pot when it comes back to us and we have to call $110, so a full pot sized raise would be to $850, I think we go larger than $500 here.

Raise. If V2 doesn't draw out on you he isn't going to lose any more money when you flat call twice. You have told everybody you have a very good hand or a huge draw. Your best situation is to get V2 in for some more money now so that if V1 does draw out you win some back from the side pot. I would make it $550. Not a big raise but sets up a temping size to jam turn.

I'd shove the other villain all in personally. Lot of action killers and I really don't like have two people with me on the turn for potential straight and flush run outs when I have a set.

You're right. Forgot about the other villains money. Definitely go larger. Wouldn't even mind a shove over the top

V2 has about 1300 left in his stack. Very hard to find the perfect raise here without giving him the right odds to draw but at the same time that he can still call with an overpair. I would go for the gusto here and simply shove. Because you just call the flop on such a draw heavy board he might put you on an draw and maybe call with an OP or the NFD.

Why did we flat the original $80 bet? Surprised nobody has brought that up on this board. I guess if we're positive a flat will lead to V1 going all in, but your description indicates he will be calling down with any piece of this board. Seems like you are going to hate so many turn cards here and will be relegated to x/c or possibly x/f.

AP - you have to raise, but if I'm V2, I'm now going to be very suspicious given you flatted and then 3B. Anyway, I'm raising to $600 and shoving almost all turns, except possibly the Q/K/A spades.

I generally prefer to lead this flop.

This. You want to get stake in asap and raising the flop is probably the best way to do so. Many turn cards can kill you actions. Also, there are many draws on the flop, so your range perceived by V2 is much wider than strong made hands.

Leading flop for $80 would of been fine.

I just flat the initial bet because I was hoping V1 would do exactly what he did.

Any ways

Results

Spoiler:
Hero raises and V2 folds and V1 had a set of Tens. Pretty gross. V2 said he had QQ

I swear, every time I hear stories on this thread, the V always has the 1st nuts, or the hero gets bluffed out.

That's just a "take my money" moment. Not much you can do there.
